Sea, I am going to ignore the guy as it is not worth debating with someone who, from post one, was negative on AVCT. Constant attacking it that people there stopped replying to him, which I think was a wise move.

I was invested in AVCT since 49p and, like most investors there, were enthusiastically hoping we had a chance to sell our Tests to the UK government. Up to a few weeks ago I realised, like some, that the UK prefered to stick to their Chinese made tests and as vaccines have helped the government to decide to finally ease restrictions so the chances of a contract would be really small. I, like some, reluctantly sold, which doesn't mean the oncology side of Avacta isn't good and that's why I will return to it eventually. That's how one changes their mind ref an investment, but I never told them there I sold or talked the share down as NDN does and laughs at the loss of others. HE is nasty and a psychopath.

There are a few AVCT holders here and I am really sorry for the current drop. Please, understand that the the above was my opinion and doesn't meant that what I said above may happen. I wish you good luck there.

Dodkins, basically we will set the price of Vanadium! I think that is what makes many uncomfortable. I am happy just with the fact we are bang on in the Iron/Silk Railway and are neighbours with the biggest rare earth's consumer in the world..China! That does it for me, the infrastructure is there and it is cheap..rail..straint in the mouth of the dragon. And is Europe wants a piece of the action, thay are most welcome.

Thank you, DBD. I think it is safer to say that most here will not assume 100% valuation on the possible, and even proven, resources in the ground. I guess that argument was used as a straw man's argument by some.

As you can see in InJamesweTrust's calculations, it was not, as you said, "plucked out of the air".

InJamesweTrust, that's how I saw it too. And I was even saying 1/3 of it as a potential share price in the medium to long term. And that doesn't take into account the north licences, if I am not wrong as the volume was not compounded. And you can calculate with 1 billion shares in mind by then.

The processing helium plant and the grade we sell the Helium will determine the price per liter as well, so no one really knows exactly the sp by then, just have a rough estimate.

There is a lot of trading happening here and the opinions of some here mirror their trading, so I am not gullible to that.

NDN, yes, I sold AVACTA but I never posted a single thing there saying I sold it. And it is my right to sell or buy any share I want. I just am not the type to go there and tell them I did so. I will do the same here when I sell one day. Why would I do that? Maybe if I was trash and wanted to get back in cheaper? Sorry, I am not like you.

AVCT was my share and I urge you to copy and paste here a single post I ramped AVACTA. Besides, what is the point in buy a share you don't believe in?

When I post something here it is because I believe in it, as I believe we will be worth £10 if our reserves get close to 138Bcf, and that reserves valuation, I trust, doesn't include Eyasi and Balangida, correct me if I am wrong.

That valuation is also dependent on the present prices of Helium and the quality of helium we will process; see examples of other American Helium exploration/production companies where they project to sell Helium at much higher prices.

NDN, I suggest you look at yourself in the mirror and anyone who reads your posts on AVCT will see what you are really made of; your character stinks as much as your nature. You are a nasty piece of work. Now, go away!

Helium price in 2019 was $280/Mcf.

The potential reserves in the ground at the moment is: 138Bcf

How much would the reserves be value, should we have indeed 138Bcf?

How much would we have if only 1/3 of that is recoverable?

And how much, we a takeover bid value HE1 reserves?

"Where on earth do you get '£10' from"?

I ask you again.. how much do you value the potential reserves in Tanzania?

The Rukwa project alone has 15 Prospecting Licences, covering approximately 3,590 km2, of unrisked prospective Recoverable Helium Resource (2U/P50) of 138Bcf, where Helium One has identified 21 prospects with Helium concentrations up to 10.2%.

Then, we have the additional two projects, Eyasi and Balangida, are located in north central Tanzania, where seepage has shown concentrations from 4.6 to 10.6% helium, which still wait for the volume numbers, but by the charts they look huge as well.

Now, do the maths and give me only 33% of it as a ball park figure for the share price.

How much do you value the potential reserves in Tanzania?

Bigbench, if this goes to 100p don't you think it can go much higher? I assume that to get to 100p we must have Helium under the traps, so if we do, and looking at the size of our Rukwa licences, not to mention the licences up north, don't you believe 500p will be a walk in the park in a very short time frame?

I can sense the optimism in his video and the desire to share with his shareholders what he is experiencing; I feel he would love to tell us what he knows but he cannot, just yet, but he wants to speak to us to share the vibes. I think there is more to this video than mud my fellow shareholders. David is the man..and let't not forget Randy too!!

I am sorry to see your BMN suffering at the moment. Patience is the word for it, just like the patience we will need here.

My holding here, now 50% of my portfolio, will stay that way regardless as this is a long term investment. This is what a name like Sir Davis does to my Portfolio, plus NPV, location, cash investment strategy and resource type.

As per bmn others posters constantly coming here to say their two shillings to us, and how "unfair" it all is..that we dont deserve to be valued at 30p...well...call that Karma then. We dont go there to pu salt on their open wounds, do we?

Exactly my thoughts, Bamb. We are within days of results and the company tweets a positive note. If what they have seen so far was anything not reassuring, and by what we know of our CEO's demeanour and track record, I would say I am very optimistic right now. That, compounded by so many great informative post here and our own research, I think we will be really please at the next RNS.

£10 is just a fraction of the potential value of our total estimated gas reserves and not its true end value; that's why I say £10 plus. And you are correct, £10 would not be reached overnight, unless we are taken over by a big Qatar, Chinese, or American company, but let's leave that for a while.

I agree, we are more likely with us achieving £5 at a much faster pace, especially if we find gas in our first drill. As David Minchin said, it should derisk the whole basin; it would be a find after a find. I am not surprised that the drilling company, experienced as they are, offered to have shares instead of cash should our two initial drills find the gas. This will be a money printing machine.

The £10 are for those who don't mind waiting for dead certain outcome as if we hit the jackpot we will turn become a behemoth of helium producer. There isn't any other discovery do far that will match ours, when we do.

So, l will refrase my end of post message. ;0)
