Whoever is selling now certainly don't have the stomach or will to go through the stress of waiting for the results, are swing traders or day traders who misjudged selling yesterday, etc. The MMs will indulge them with a nice little spread of 2%.
Most here are holders ready to see what Tai will give us. :0)

Excellent post GloucesterR. As an investment you cannot make it up if you tried. VB did their due diligence on this one and Sir Davis isn't a newbie when it comes to make money and pick winners. I must be the only one to wish my own shares to go down so I can mop it cheaper when my other investments do well.

"Helium is a byproduct of natural gas processing, and it may exist in small proportions (generally < 0.3% He) in most conventional natural gas fields (Cook 1979). Our CEO has said that even at a rate of 0.3% HElium will be profitable, but with rates from 4.6 to 10.6% seeping out of the ground in many places at Rukwa I doubt we would have just 1% under the ground, which would be 3 time that 0.3%.

Glib, I am heavily invested in a Vanadium miner well before I bought in here, so you can imagine I took it as a good sign when I heard the CEO here came from a Vanadium miner! Then, just after I bought it I went downstairs to throw the rubbish out and in the bin store, blocking the door, what do I find? Someone left huge empty Helium tank use to fill party balloons!! I told myself, nah it can't be..another sign. 10 years living in my building and never saw a Helium tank before. I know, I know.. :0)

BP, David Minchin has kept us updated with always enthusiastic and informative tweets so far and as we all have seen, he seems pretty confident and always smiling ..definitely a guy under a lot of pressure to deliver. He is days away from giving us the outcome of a much published drilling campaign, the talk of the media outlets, and what does he do on the eve of battle? He raises a pot of mud to his shareholders and starts telling us how important it is for the drilling program!! :0)

It is my view, unless we are really unlucky on our first drill due to the seal structure, Mr. Minchin may have an ace up his sleeve. Maybe next tweet he could show us what the canteen facilities look like? Then, I tell you, I will throw in the kitchen sink!!

I don't think you are missing anything, basically another 5 days for the TD by your calculations and that matches the 70 meters. But again, as you said we need to make sure the pipe is unobstructed and the drill bit is brought back up and the reservoir is prepared, not all in that order of course.
I am sure we can have the RNS saying the TD has been reached and some extra info when TD is reached, but am happy to wait till they are ready to issue it; we have been waiting so far!!

Thank you DBD and Glib. It is not too far 247ft and 70m average per day. I guess wider the drill bit is the slower it drills, so I imagine 60 to 70 meters might be achievable once soft sandstone is reached? Anyway, we are just a few days away now..not weeks.

I know Seisprocessor has mentioned a possible 40m drilling depth per day to be on the safe side, but wouldn't you say that the drill bit would travel faster when they reach the sandstone layers?

I am sorry for the guys there as I have "known" many for over a year, and when I told my wife today how much it had dropped she was really sorry too. It was journey sharing views and expectations and one cannot but feel sorry. I like AVACTA as I grew fond of it (although they say don't fall in love with it, I can't avoid it with AVCT). I just need to free some money from other investments so I can buy it back.
Heart to heart, I wish all AVCT holders a rebound soon, even if that means I miss the boat there. I loved the article on sciencemag ref Leeds University. It really spoke close to my heart.
