Certainly the tweet was a positive message from our great CEO and the Market Makers will try to shake us helped by some wobbly investors and some swing traders. The spread.however, will kill any joy and only benefit the MMs. The joys of trading on AIM.

Steve58, I wouldn't expect anything tomorrow to be honest with you. If we follow the calculations some cleaver folk here have posted and a rate of 30ish meters per day we still need a few days to reach TD, not to mentioned the well preparation and other final works before they can issue us with an RNS, may by Friday or Monday next week?

I think it was a nice thing to do from DM to post a tweet, I mean, to assuage some of the worries some here were expressing by the lack of tweets, not to mention that it was done, I dare say, poetic way (A few blokes having a chilled out swim in a huge helium bubble bath - not to mention that I think they have crocodiles in that lake i believe, so quite a brave thing to do for the cameras - last thing we need is our top man being eaten alive by an African croc!).

As we mentioned a few times, and so has the CEO, the RNS will come when it will come and let's not call deadlines for the time being. :0)

HE1 is drilling as we speak, as the drill advances.
HE1 is confident and their confidence arises from the helium indication they get under weak seals.
DM's voice sound like someone who is reading for a documentary. Like those BBC programes about some ancient tribe cave painting that we all love to watch. This is a man writing history for Tanzania.. proper modern day Indiana Jones!

Noob, I am what you call a guiltless carnivore, but I am trying within limits to break the polluting cycle regarding plastics and being a "consumerist"; my mobile phone and tablet are over 5 years old and will not replace them till "the computer says no".
Frankly, we "the human kind" are f****d and we did that all by ourselves, so I think it is a good idea to save some money for the sandbags. Sad about the other animals, who are just innocent in this mess.

Sea, I agree with you regarding the drilling time frame; we could see the results from a week from now any time then. I think the "mud" is really important indeed, not only to bring the stuff up but also to lubricate the drill bit and help prevent the stresses on the drilling bit and the tubes. I think 30 to 40 meters a day may be quite a reality and we have to wait. As you said, those who wanted to sell/derisk/trade have done their time here. Those of us doing the time waiting are happy to wait till the rns..well, I am at least. :0)

Dar es Salaam — The United States Wednesday commended Tanzania for the efforts the latter is making towards attracting more foreign investment in the country.

US ambassador to Tanzania Donald Wright made the remarks as he reacted to recent measures by Zanzibar to initiate a programme that would allow foreign investors to more easily take advantage of tax and residency benefits for investment on the Isles.

Zanzibar's latest measure is continuation of Tanzania's efforts towards creating an enabling climate for investment by advocating for a friendly taxation regime and policy predictability.
