Hi, Smallfishbigpond. And he is right; in the end no one really knows and the RNS may drop on Monday saying we reached TD and all is fine. It will certainly say we encountered HE(why HE at 70m and not HE at 1200m?) but we should have the well tested and that may take a little while. But if we get an interview on Proactive with DM speaking in a squeaky voice, then, my friend, I ain't trading or selling this babe for a while and will have the patience to wait medium term. I guess we all can change our minds and the reality of things will make us do that.

AJ1409, the RNS will be reported as soon as they can. The point some are saying it most likely will be next week is due to the drilling speed and the maths some of the experienced posters here, and i mean, field experience in drilling, tell us that next week, and even early on the following week could be a day for the RNS.

Nice one ref the top up. I know the feeling. Yesterday, after our other share "the oiler" was losing some steam I had a quick change of mind, so I sold the lot and bought HE1, nothing big really, just 23k shares. I figured, we will get news here first before the oiler does, so what a heck! :0) Took a tiny winnie loss there but recoup it already here..super!

Wth HE being confirmed, hopefully next week, this 30p share price will be a distant dreams. As David Minchin, our CEO, said, a discovery at TAI would derisk a lot of the project and the party would start. Now, why would he say such a thing if that wasn't the case. Those guys are fully aware of the potential here and a lot has been said to place their reputation at stake.

Should we have the discovery on our maiden well, boy oh boy, this stupid 30p will be a bargain for those still outside waiting for a drop to get some. I can't get anymore on my side..but wish I could top up, but no more cash and no other assets to sell.

This is of course no investment advice and my opinion only..and always, always, DYOR.

This silly 28p will be history if our RNS meet our expectations. Those sitting on the sidelines waiting for confirmation will have to pay a premium to get some of these. Sure, the site of the coin ain't pretty but with the evidence so far being on our side, guts should prevail and give us all the glory! :0)

Wyn, I think one has to be sensible but also not too give gold away thinking it is shining copper. BP laid down some good fundamental points in his post a little while back and a few other guys and girls here have given their valuable opinion on the approximate "value" for the company. I think I have time to hold this babe and may top slice at around 300p and sell close to Trek's target. Trek's got some track so I will stick with that.

That is a point I tend to consider a lot, Xerxes300; do I sell some when the share price has rockets past 100p? Even 50p has crossed my mind, but then a few scenarios spring to mind:

What about the point where a TAI-1 find actually derisks the Rukwa basin? What about if I take some cream at 50p and then some of the BIG boys, who sees beyond my myopic vision and just start to accumulate from muppets like me? Say, they have the pockets and will take our shares all the way?

What about if I do the same at 100p and they, again, just take my shares easily as they have a book to fill?

What about then, I only sell at 150p and see that it is soo cheap as HE1 continue to have discovery after discovery and I see this going past 200p with ease and head to 300p, and me, having sold cheap?

Seriously, TAI-1 has a lot on its shoulders, although a failure here doe not mean a failure in the other wells; there are so many exploration companies with stories like that..take MATD as one.

And as I am not good at trading I will hold my shares dearly till we get close to Trek's £5 (yes, after so many complaints I had to give up on my £10 target).

Colin Harrington, now, that is another great CEO. I have in my portfolio three companies and they all seem to have real pros at the helm.. David Minchin, Sir Mick Davis and now Colin Harrington has been added as I have joined ZPHR as a shareholder.
I think that is one of the first things one has to do before buying a stock and that is to see the caliber of the BOD.

Setanta1, that's what I was referring to in my previous post..they will need time to prepare the well before the flow rates and pressure, but I think we should get an RNS saying the TD has been reached and that we have some hydrocarbons/gas shows.
