Please stop comparing ITM with AFC. The reason ITM is valued at its current level is they have in excess of £100m of orders on their books. They have also got in excess of £200m orders in the pipeline awaiting confirmation. They have got in excess of £100m in the bank, need I go on. Maybe you should read their website info, you may then decide to sell AFC and invest there.

Notification of a commercial order with a monetary value attached, Father Christmas will come down the chimney or will Adam announce he has vaporised £30m and needs to issue even more shares.

What are you on?? Firstly, have you swallowed Adam Bond’s dictionary, transformational indeed and secondly to suggest AFC can match the market caps of both ITM and CWR, is crazy. The men in white coats will be knocking at you door shortly.

Not 100% sure but moving to the main market is not driven by market cap. I do know it costs the company more money and then there is a requirement to have a certain level of corporate governance, and maybe a lot of other red tape. I recall Sirius minerals moving. One big advantage is many funds who’s rule prohibit investment in aim listed companies can then invest.

From my experience NON EXEC DIRECTORS contribute about 20 hours per month maximum. So it’s a little naive to expect them driving anything. Also many have similar roles in other companies.

WHAT you are all thinking. This a company mining pure graphite in Madagascar and I raise the issue because they are doing an IPO through PRIMARY BID and will then be listed on the main market in London. The offer closes around midday tomorrow if anyone is interested. Being in ALBA I have enough interest in Graphite so I'm NOT applying. The research coverage on Primary Bid is an interesting read anyway.

Thank you for posting the link, an excellent video, pity its not an AFC site. The projections for future volumes of electric vehicles in the UK will attract many more providers of these types of sites and the infrastructure costs will be enormous.

Saw this on google, not great at pasting links but its a free read on google. This will charge from 20% up to 80% in about an hour and can handle 36 vehicles. With an estimated 10m electric vehicles on UK roads by 2030 there will need to be a lot of them about.
