Ive just read in the FT that they have just borrowed another 1.8bn euros from the German government.

Yes I suppose I am. But in my defence, and others SHOULD feel the same, when over 12 months ago we are told we have "DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGY" we should reasonably expect a reaction in the share price. Or am I being unreasonable??.

wow bringing De Nora into the conversation, as you mention AFC and the doldrums. I recall AFC having their annual accounts qualified under the "going concern concept" and at that time I could never fathom out why De Nora never just bought the whole company. The biggest issue I have with AFC is the weakness of its BOD. Bond has achieved nothing yet, he has none of his own skin in the company and he's an Aussie. By my own efforts ive also got none of my own money at risk here. To me this Extreme deal is not going to have any significant impact (hope I'm wrong) on the sp, it reminds me of the numerous MOU's this guy brought to the table years ago never to be mentioned since. Rant over.

14 months or so ago you could have done exactly that!!!!! and now you would be rather rich.

Long term holders of AFC are familiar with this type of sp action. If history repeats it could go to 3/5p and then bounce back to 38p. I don't think this will happen this time we are in a different time zone now. Hopefully the BOD are on the same page.

That is almost as stupid a response as the guy/gal who said yesterday " happy we are still over 30p" following the price drop from 40p+. Traders do not over buy, they follow waves and profit from naive investors.

I'm long AFC. My share are free in so far as I've traded them over the years. At one time I was losing very heavily. However I would never be happy for any share to fall over 10% in a few hours, when it was poised to break into a new trading range as looked likely around lunch time today. That was my point.

How can you be happy at over 30p, when some poor pi’s got conned into over 40p a couple of hours ago.

Thank you for sharing all your thoughts on JOG they are both interesting and informative. I've read the links you posted before but they were well worth a re-read. I'm the same age as the COO and I retired 14 years ago, with almost guaranteed financial security I cannot understand anyone wanting to continue into their 70's.
I wish you all the best in your fight against PC and look forward to your future JOG postings and hopefully a really decent financial return from this investment.

I’ve been watching with interest the proposed MOU between Bluejay and a multinational commodity trading firm. The deal is almost done and is pending final legal due diligence, and its now extended until 31 December. By all accounts this is massive for Bluejay. Having the plot next door to Bluejay, any deal for them is also potentially massive for ALBA. It’s a fact we have the same product, it’s a fact that the stuff is in high demand and it’s planned that ALBA intends to expedite work there in the first half of 2021. Little, if any value is currently in the ALBA sp, Bluejay’s completion of the MOU and its impact on their sp could well snowball across to ALBA.

This MOU has the potential to be a game changer for JAY, the terms have all been agreed and I found the piece that "it has to be in the best terms for Bluejay shareholders" interesting and encouraging.

re-read my post. I still have a lot of shares. Why did I sell in January 2020. AFC told us shareholder in November 2019 they were ready for commercial business they presented their product to the market and the sp got up to about 30p. They didn't have a product on the shelf and the price drifted back, so I took out my capital. Its all in the history, my posting positive or negative on a BB will have no impact whatsoever on the sp.
As for ITM and Ceres if anyone wants to do any research, approximately 40% of both these companies are held by institutional investors, whereas less that 10% of AFC is held by institutional investors and schroders are very weak holders who keep selling on spikes and then buying back on the falls, basically screwing the private investor. All this information is available to anyone its not rocket science.

I entered AFC on 22 April 2015 buying at 42.85p(silly or what, although they shot up to about 68p as they issued MOU after MOU) took up rights at 20p then took up rights at 10p then bought more shares (chasing the rainbow) on 22 January 2019 at 5.65p. Crazy, I know, I then went and bought even more in the Primary Bid open offer at 16p. I sold 60% of my original holding on 21 January 2020 at 22.0101p to leave the balance costing me 0. I sold the primary bid shares at 20p. The balance is a free ride. So I know quite a bit about AFC I also know a lot about ITM and Ceres. Folks on this board keep comparing the market caps of these 2 with AFC, and that comparison is like comparing Roys Rolls with McDonald's, it makes me laugh. So I think I know exactly what I'm talking about.

Trading is the best way to make money in this and the opportunities will be endless. Tomorrow the day/week traders will drive it lower, unless there is a decent RNS (unlikely). My view is if this was heading anywhere near 68p employees (who will have more knowledge than anyone on this board) would not be exercising share options in the low 30's.
