I suspect our next agreement will be something from our Partnership with US Vanadium, announced back in August.

Whenever this ball starts rolling it could impact share demand through our US listing.
With only 116M shares in issue, and many tightly held, this could re-rate very quickly.
Too risky to trade too many in my opinion, I’ll be holding mine up to a proper valuation.

The wheels are certainly turning here now, and investors will want to hold some of this stock both for the continual & expanding contract announcements as well as the Mistral roll out.

I’m interested to know why there was a need for a placing, following the fact that we had £1.58M at the beginning of July 2022.
(We spent £200K over the previous 6 months).

So on the basis that our cash balance would have been £1.38 at the time of the raise one has to consider the sudden ‘urgency’.

Yes, Nigel states the reasons for the raise on the 18th Nov RNS, but I sense there must be an opportunity that has presented itself sooner than expected.

In a very competitive market probably best not to say too much.

I’d like to see an MCap here that represents market leading patented technology in a sector about to go ballistic.

If one considers that Invinity have already sold into all major Global territories, and are only months away from launching ‘Mistral’, a game changer in energy storage, our current MCap of £50M is laughable.

If Invinity was listed on the NASDAQ this would already have a 10 fold valuation.

I’m hoping we don’t get snapped up too early!!

Remember, in August 2022, that we announced Our expansion of manufacturing with Baoija New energy, 180,000 Sqm of facilities & 1000 employees.

Invinity is ready for the expected demand.

I’m not bothered about intraday rises or falls as I’m here for the long haul, however, I’ve decided to increase my holding yet further since the Taiwanese announcement, and still feel this is very cheap.

We’ve cash for the short term & further funds due from inventory being delivered, plus numerous sales, so I’m not concerned about a raise for the time being.

We’ve spent a lot on R&D getting ‘Project Mistral’ to where it is, with potential launch Q3 2023.

However, Large Companies May wish to secure their ‘Build slot’ for delivery and what I think we may start to see is forward orders being secured for our next generation, state of the art, enormous Vanadium Flow batteries.

There are so many moving parts to this I wonder where the next announcement will come from.

So I’ll continue quietly adding, any retrace will obviously be beneficial to my own strategy.

I think you’re incapable of witnessing ‘green shoots’ now, such is your opinion of The Company.

I understand that when investors see significant paper losses it’s difficult to be positive.

Personally, I see a progressive turnaround from here, for all the reasons stated in the presentation this morning.

391,321, plus 2x 150k buys, seems some feel this is undervalued.

I did a search and Purp have plenty of listings,(408 in Manchester alone) and plenty that appear on right-move also.

I also note there are a number around the £500K listing value.

Feels to me the Market has pushed this well below value, we have cash at current MCap.

Furthermore, Purp could do well in a recession with much lower overheads than traditional EA’s, and clients looking at the smallest fees.

Let’s see, but a turnaround from this very low Value is perfectly possible.

There are even more reasons for Medical Cannabis to be under heavy demand, after the last few years millions more will be seeking help for anxiety, sleep disorders and stress, we’ve even got CBD for our dog, and the improvement is significant.

Kanabo is doing everything right, they’ve got plenty of cash & a cash generating business in GP Services.

All Cannabis related stocks have been sold off heavily over the last 18 months, but the tide is turning, and investors will see huge potential here.

Yes, I’ve been adding steadily, partly as it seems extremely oversold but I’m also interested in GP Services, and what this is currently offering.

GP Service was acquired for circa £14M in February 2022 & at that time patients could access a registered GP online for £39.99.

Following consultation a prescription would be available within 30 mins at one of 4200 pharmacies.

I note from the website that a 10 minute consultation is now £49.00 and the list of pharmacies has grown to over 6000.

The Service is rated ‘Excellent’.

The NHS is in crisis and trying to get an appointment is very difficult, even a telephone appointment can take weeks.

I’m getting a sense that this acquisition alone is worth more than our current MCap, then we’ve got all the Medical Cannabis side ‘on top’.

I think this could have a very rapid turnaround at some point.

IES was heavily sold down as an II was selling out, at what ever level.

Some continued to buy at these silly levels, and now it’s paying off.
Back over 100p in no time imo.

EVG raised £11M at 8p last year, so the institutional investors have been patient and won’t be selling anytime soon.

Major Shareholders hold substantial amounts here, hence tiny freefloat and difficultly buying.

Given AstraZeneca announcement of the acquisition of Neogene Therapeutics yesterday for $320M , other majors may be on the lookout for Small Biotechnology Companies to benefit their own portfolio’s.

With the £160M Stalicla deal announced and plenty more in the pipeline, our current MCap of £19M certainly looks somewhat of a bargain.

Recent buyers should remember this when thinking about flipping for small change.

EVG protected SFX-01 with Exclusive Worldwide rights ( focussing on the treatment of Cancer & Neurological conditions) back in 2016 & 2017 across Europe, Japan , USA, when the Share Price was around 45p.

It’s interesting to see how far EVG has progressed since then.

The £160M deal with Stalicla announced in October 2022 only relates to ASD, Leaving all other indications available for potential commercialisation.

Hi Dsflat, no offence taken in the ARgo similarity, I rode that wave having built a big position when I could see how the US Crypto miners were valued against the only UK listed miner.

I’ve been following a number of UK Biopharma’s that seem very undervalued, Evgen being one of them, again, if listed in the US, the MCap would be very much larger.

I like the Sulforaphane story, my wife makes me eat Broccoli for all its health benefits, so Evgen using a natural product synthesised and patented, has enormous potential.
