Good of you to acknowledge your trade, I know you’ve been involved with N4P for a number of years and have posted frequently over that time.
I have to say I think you’ve pulled a blinder, grabbing a good amount of stock at this level.

The market has gone right off this Stock but it only takes one piece of positive news for an about turn and it can move rapidly in the other direction.

Yes, it’s always been high risk, but I feel there is alot more going for us now, then when we were trading at 9p, the market either disagrees, or has simply moved on for the time being.

Anyway, time will tell, but I may well top up a bit more myself.

I’m still of the opinion that the £25K buy 30 mins before close on Friday was made with some ‘knowledge’, and it wouldn’t surprise me to see an RNS early next week.

Furthermore, this is quite an illiquid stock so I suspect the 1.2 Million share purchase would have been worked.

My personal investment in N4P now amounts to twice Fridays buy and although I’m well in the red currently ( like 95% here), I’m not concerned.

There was a fair amount of discussion today on ‘Genomics’ on the Radio, and the fact that the UK is materially ‘well ahead’ of other Countries in this area.

Remember, our now, long term ‘partner’ is still there, in the background.

They’ve had a problem with a former Director, which their legal team are looking into at this time.

How many more huge Companies are going to adopt this new product?

Darktrace have identified 150,000 Companies that could adopt the DT platform.

Seems like some very large Companies are starting to on-board.

I think what is most likely to be ‘found’ is that more & more Companies will need the market leading services of Darktrace, and these services are required in the short term, urgently, in the coming months, not years.

In fact, Darktrace have identified 150,000 Companies that could potentially adopt the Darktrace platform.

2022 saw 7400+ Companies currently benefiting from the Darktrace Platform.

Imagine the Value of DT when that number is 20 fold.

No wonder someone is trying to get Valuation down.

Shorts trying to hold the SP at 250p but the relentless buying will overwhelm them.

Really not surprising that a buyer would like to acquire Darktrace. Especially at a knock down price.

The board of Darktrace rejected an attempted takeover last year at an increased premium to the current valuation.

A clumsy short attack and dubious ‘report’ in an attempt to undermine a great British Company that someone wants to acquire on the cheap isn’t going to work.

Watch this finally rocket and achieve the valuation it deserves, it’s been manipulated for far too long and finally something is being done about it.

Funds and retail will get behind this, and shorts will struggle to close.

…….and so the possibility of a short squeeze is quite probable, there are a lot of traders out there too that will see this opportunity.

Imagine shorting a Company, borrowing over 7 Million shares that you have to buy back, when it’s possible that the very Company you’ve shorted may well be approached to protect the biggest names in the Banking industry.

Talk about bad timing.

This ‘Technique’ of Short Sellers putting together a ‘big negative report’ on a target Company and then selling into the market to drive a stock down is now common practice, and an easy way to make money….

….the trouble here is it may have backfired spectacularly.

With the huge buying pressure from the £75M share buyback, investors will get behind this too, plus the speculation behind a swathe of further potential customers approaching DT for cyber security services.

Down 12%, terrible trading update on 20th Jan.

Stick to IOG, very depressed share price but they had a revenue of £80+M in their first year of production and have £34M in cash.

Hiccup with production from 1 field at the mo but more coming on-line and remedy the fault will see this sky-rocket.

Imo, of course.

Just going through my trading history I first bought here in early September 2022 at 356p, various trades until October and sold up at 308p.

So, it’s encouraging to be able to buy at 230p with the support of a £75M share buyback, (plus hefty CEO purchase,), these will be cancelled so free float will reduce.

Should private investors & funds get behind The Company and reduce the float further there may well be a squeeze at some point, let’s be patient and wait and see.

I suspect the whole shorting debacle is a preliminary tactic for someone to come in and make a bid for the Company so it’s a ploy to get the price down, however, I’ve seen DT move quickly before, and I personally wouldn’t want to short this Company.

Impressive, The big share repurchase then the CEO putting in £100K, be great if the market gets behind Darktrace and screws this hedgie over.

The manipulation using algobots is what gets me, hedgie posts a damaging report, switches the algobots to drive the price down, investors get fed up and sell and hedgie makes a packet, all on rumour and shenanigans.

However, DT’s response is very impressive, CEO is impressive, I’m buying more, this could squeeze big time!!

Buys, £20K at 12:33 then an £18K but just now….

Volume healthy too

IOG made £80Million very quickly getting the fields producing, they have £34 M in cash and the market has absolutely trashed the share price because of a hiccup…..( or was it a large forced seller at the same time?…)
When this is resolved, or even before, and IOG is issued further licences and the gas is really flowing expect to see some fantastic gains from these very depressed prices……

The speed in which IOG brought this to production was very impressive.
There are bound to be teething problems, which will be sorted out, it may take a bit of time, we’ll see.
More licences incoming.
£34M in the pot, Plenty of cash.

This will be sorted, more gas will flow, profit potential is enormous, Share price will react accordingly.
