Well, I added a further 200K shares today to an already big holding, I’ll add a further 300K on Wednesday 27th December, I already know the users, and therefore, the revenue, is growing.

I was waiting for funds to clear today, but alas not in time otherwise I’d have added further today.

Tap stated they had 200K users in September, and when you read through the RNS today they state ‘over’ 250K users now.

When a Company starts growing numbers, it’s always slow to begin with, I believe we are at an inflection point for exponential growth, a combination of an uptick in Bitcoin value, crypto sentiment generally plus the US launch.

This could be massive. What I’d like to see is once they launch in the US that they offer a dual listing on the OTC.

The market hasn’t noticed this as it’s further down in the RNS today, notice of results, which generally gets skimmed over.

I think Tap will have a major rerate.

So they’ve added another 50,000 users since September.

US launch imminent.

This is growing very nicely indeed.

357K bought, 113K sold and it’s up 4.2%, rather illiquid and likely to move up very fast on the right News.

Mr A. Torosian, our Chief Strategy Officer holds 56% & Eric Xu, ( yes, it is him ) holds 5%, & David Carr holds 4.9%.

Probably not a lot of freefloat, revenues & users growing and if the US launch goes ahead as planned then this may well 🚀.

Yes, I thought the same, perhaps that’s why the news release had a muted response in the market.

This stock seems relatively illiquid, and it looks as though a regular seller has brought it down steadily over time.

Looks to me as though the Company is gaining traction in a number of areas, and revenue is growing.

A couple more big contracts and this will turn around quickly.

Goods comms is essential in these Microcaps.

I believe this has very big potential.

Yes, not often one is able to get in under the big holders.

An international research team has now added another facet to its diverse properties with experiments at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR): The experts, led by the University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE), fired short terahertz pulses at micrometer-sized discs of graphene, which briefly turned these minuscule objects into surprisingly strong magnets. There’s a significant change in tone & frequency from N4P, it’s sounding very positive.

Good move to form a direct ‘Investor Hub’, an interactive idea to engage Investors and create a longer term mentality, there is truly significant potential from these levels.

37.5M Warrants at 8p expiring on 31st December 2023, going to need a fair whack of news to garner interest here, although I’m still accumulating!!

One needs to have a bit more faith in the very experienced BoD we have, there’s no point in forming a JV that doesn’t bring value to The Company, and our recent Aussie major shareholder was extremely keen to lob in a further £500K to increase his holding, once the IML’s were back in situ. This was quickly followed by other large shareholders.

What we are all aware of however, is how easily, and quickly the SP moves, in both directions, if you don’t like Volatility, then buy a FTSE 100 Company, ( although that still doesn’t guarantee steady share prices).

A few sells and the MM’s know how to play this, market psychology, weak holders, it’s bread & butter to them.

Then the opposite occurs, when this has the ability to move up very strongly indeed.

I’m comfortable to do a deal, start a healthy revenue stream and expand our resource.

Healthy NAV to support this Company.

Interesting observation.

The market is awaiting the signing and details of the JV, they’ve just raised £1.3M at 4.25p from a couple of our bigger shareholders, so naturally, the SP will hover around the price point for a while.

The Equity for Capital will be at pre-determined prices at each stage, it won’t simply be a case of massive dilution. I can’t speculate on figures, neither can anyone else, we’ll have to wait for the details.

However, a high degree of confidence should come from the fact large existing shareholders wished to increase their shareholdings significantly, I personally was a bit miffed at the price but now we all have the opportunity at a similar figure.

CMet are going to build out a portfolio of licenses, increasing the resource, and revenue won’t be far away.

I think this little Minnow may be quite surprising.

A few more sessions and the idiot general public ( me) will be able to buy at the same price as the favoured investors.

Will I buy more at 4.25p.?

Probably not.

We are a publicly listed Company, the shares can also be purchased on the open Market.

At least, that’s what the majority of us have done.

$2M on top of the approx $1.625M just raised will give us plenty of cash, and the $8M in milestone payments negate the need for further funding.

I expect LB Group will be keen to get this signed off and secured.

However, private placing to existing shareholders done & Share Price will only stall temporarily, the new stock doesn’t enter circulation and drag the SP.

In a few days we’ll see this start moving again, there’s not much freefloat and if new investors want to get involved they’ll find they’ll be paying increasingly more.

Opportunity to increase holdings further atm.
