So, most of these warrants could have been exercised at any stage after 2017. Clearly the holders expect much higher prices than 80,85 or 96p. These are the people in the driving seat and I’ve a good mind to re-assess when this is back around £1.00. That gives an MCap of £134M. Still seems low. Perhaps our funding deal will propel us to £3.00 or £400M. Sounds more like it for our resources.

If anyone is a bit bored go to page 35 of the 2019 interim report & financial statements And look at the excise price of all the Director Warrants - Mark Hohen has 2 Million at 96p. Most of the others are circa 80 - 85p. So there is certainly incentive for the BoD to find the best deal......

Hi Tiger Likewise, I’ve always liked this Company but traded it a bit. Like you, I went a bit mad at 13p - it’s all in the ISA so I’ll leave them be. Fantastic opportunity, even from here. Give it a few weeks to gain steady momentum......

Hangseng - at 25p our MCap is only £33M. Take out the £15M in cash values Mexico (100% owned) & Germany (50% owned) at £18M. Sonara alone has a NAV of $1.25Billion. The funding unlocks the asset & The Market has been told that we are having a good old chat with some very big hitters. The Omani Wealth fund is also involved having already plopped in $50M.

Value of $1.25Billion & big players circling to provide $460M in funding. Not accounting for German asset. $200M already pumped in by The Omani Wealth fund & Chinese. $20M in the bank. No chance of 15p I’m afraid - some of us raided the bank when we saw that unbelievable opportunity arise ..... ......and now we sit tight for a mega return. The Joy of AIM

It’s not a Rumour, Reuters specifically mentions Bacanora, and that they weren’t available for comment yesterday as the London office was closed (after hours) There will be an update to the market soon, but judging by trading, the market is ‘on it’.

Article was only issued 7 hours ago. Early trading suggests some have spotted it but Give this a few days. End of next week & this will be comfortably back to a sensible level. If the Chinese & Southern Copper take their gloves off we may even reach a new high. Now wouldn’t that be a nice return from here?

Good find & link. This is getting very interesting very quickly. I suspect the sudden buying yesterday & squirt up 20% was just the start. Hold tight!!

On small buys. I posted at 08:15 here suggesting our seller had departed, once the stock is held we can revert to fair value & the rise will be rapid. Market Psychology suggests holders often don’t add on big dips in a stock, newcomers are hesitant initially but the assets are too huge & the amount of money already pumped into these assets & this Company are too much to ignore. My view is to leave these tucked away for 6 months from here and be pleasantly surprised when you return.

Being filled. Steady small sells being absorbed at 14.5p currently - I’m sure our Mr 100K buyer is still here. Let this settle back into an uptrend then watch the buyers flood back in. A lot of traders/investors won’t come into this until the trend turns properly. I think our main seller is out and sense later today could get interesting......

Munching away. Again at 14.5p. Yesterday there were regular 100K trades & again today. It wouldn’t surprise me for a TR1 tomorrow or Thursday announcing increase or new holder. Interesting times.

Now. Mr 100K munching at 14.75p. Just a question of holding back to a sensible value.
