Piques my interest. Call me old fashioned but when The owner of an asset tells the market that they are in discussions with ‘various’ parties in regards to a funding requirement of 460M USD...... .......and a major Japanese Company draws down a loan for 450M USD....... .......and that Company already has an agreement with said asset owner to take the entire phase one production of 17500.... I find that too much of a coincidence......

Ralph - PDS own 70% of the stock so with combined cash & equivalents at 25 Million just this ‘bit’ of NSCI is worth 17.5M. Current MCap of the whole group is £12M. This merger & Nasdaq listing has just been announced, give it a little while for the market to catch on.

A response from 2 clients who, in each case, requested WSG to sign the contracts. One rather large on in Iran. Another in Africa. It is frustrating to be waiting and as others get bored,sell & the price falls, even more so. However, our update on Jan 29th was very positive, even though we had 700K in the account we raised a further 500K on the 8th March.... .....with a particular focus on preparation for the various projects..... I wouldn’t be selling anytime soon

Lots of warrants exercisable at 85,90 & 95p. Chairman, Mark Hohnen, has 2 Million exercisable at 96p. It’s all in the financial statements.

A news Rich period, its a matter of weeks. The stock is so tight that any proper demand will squirt it well North. The only time to accumulate a decent position is during these ‘off the radar’ quiet days. I’ve already got a chunky holding but will continue to top up as & when should it remain this low.

13 Trades & it shifts down 25%. Yes, this is volatile. Buy, sell or hold. Accumulate on the dips if you’re confident in the Company, if you’re not why invest in the first place.

On offer at 23.5p. 27.75p paid on Friday so I’m sensing a settling down around 30p mid week. It would be ideal if we can sensibly creep back to mid 50’s prior to any further funding/merger/spin out news.
