All the funding so far is way in eccess of the current SP, millions invested at 80 - 90p. Hanwa, a cornerstone investor bought 10% of BCN at 87p per share. All the BoD warrants are exercisable from 85p onwards. In The RNS yesterday PS stated that an independent valuation of ‘Just Zinnwald’ would be higher than our current MCap. Our MCap is currently ignoring £20M cash plus Sonara, one of the largest Battery grade lithium deposits in The World.

RNS - Update Bacanora Lithium Suggests to me they’ll be hanging onto their 2.77%. Looking at the book starting to move up we may well be free of BR. Once she starts moving up & getting coverage momentum will build.

Has been very high by BCN standards over the past week or so, 5,6,7Million traded during each day. We’ll find out during the remainder of this week whether our big sellers are out, BR & Cadence, as the SP starts to rise more freely. There’s a very positive sentiment surrounding Lithium developing once again, articles on VW & Ford upping their EV investment significantly & ‘investor Companies’ tipping Lithium as the next hot play. Marijuana has had a good run over the last 18 months, I think the market is ready to get around Lithium. A mega funding deal to initiate works on one of the Worlds biggest Lithium deposits will make Headline news. The fact that it’s owned by a London listed Junior will make it even bigger news. My view, and no ramp as I t isn’t required, is that when THE news on Zinnwald & Sonara come in, the VSA target could look a tad light.

Book has shifted I agree, but I feel it needs a few weeks to develop into a nice solid uptrend, into Q2 and hopefully back to a sensible valuation before either of the big ticket items land.

From PS over the last few weeks regarding the 460M USD Funding and confidence in stating an update in Q2. Overly Coincidental that Hanwa have raised a 50 Billion Yen loan (450M USD) We’ve discussed this already but newcomers Should research this themselves- it’s easy to dig out. Q2, a few weeks away, Zinnwald news due also in Q2. Can’t see many sellers ( little bit of profit taking to help liquidity!!!) until news....... Funding will progress Sonara to one of the biggest Lithium miners in The World. Exciting times for newcomers & relief for LTH’s.

4.8%. Sellers still about and it’s possible they’ll pull this into the teens, down 6.4% on 189K traded, with at least 50% buys so perhaps a background sell order. It’s certainly a good shake and I’ve added a and will continue to add.
