It depends whether one is looking forwards or backwards. The SP was at 10p prior to confirmation of commercialisation of NXP001. Prior to confirming & pricing the success of Cocrystal technology. Prior to commercialising the ability to take a proven drug, ‘re-synthesise’ it using Cocrystal tech, patent that ‘new’ drug and protect it for 20 years, and re-launch within 12 -18 months. ( Only Due to an already known drug already being safe as previously proven). The market will start to value that proposition independently in due course. Separately, Whilst Nuformix inks agreements with ROW rights for NXP001 & our Chinese partners start to launch into their market we will be updated on further markets/uses for NXP001. Nuformix has already identified further potential for NXP001. Then there’s a big update due on NXP002, & Fibrosis is huge. I do hope there is a retrace as I’d like to add a lot more, but I doubt we’ll get any bargain top ups. But let’s see.

On 2nd August 2018 was at 4.5p per share. The IPO gave an MCap of £12.8M on the Asia business valuation alone. Since then we have acquired Tablepouncer, expanded the business & now beginning a national rollout across the UK. That has currently only added £6 Million to The BigDish MCap, and we sit at 6.5p per share. With all the groundwork done Numbers will grow quickly with area managers across the Country signing up restaurants daily. 3 London area Managers will add numbers very rapidly. Next week we begin further strategies starting with a tech partnership/expansion - RNS announcement on this very soon. This will be the first of many innovative strategies to add revenue & value. I personally see an MCap around £50M ( SP 17-18p) in short order based on the current ‘Market Lag’ prior to the Market looking forward & realising it is Valuing a Tech Company. Once beyond MCap £50M Institutional Investors will be taking an interest. This is a Main Market Stock & The Food Tech sector is very current.

For the afternoon surge. AB alluded to a tech tie up, was to be announced this week but in the interview he mentioned the market would be told next week. Dynamic Company thinking ‘outside the box’, so expect a lot of action. Bums on seats means people, people mean data, lots of value in data.

The 97165 at 6.175p is a buy, as I’ve just topped up. Could get very interesting next week.

Yesterday’s confirmation for NXP001 paves the way to a very rosy future. Nuformix can patent & protect new drugs for 20 years, & bring them to market within 12 months. This is unprecedented. It’s also extremely valuable. On an aside, there’s an interesting article on Vertex, which makes Orkambi- it’s Cystic Fibrosis drug. It Charges £105K per patient per year for the drug. Fast Forward NXP002, saving lives affordably & rolling out Globally. Hold tight everyone.

There were those that were always going to sell on today’s news. But this is a Main Market stock. Everyone involved owns a big chunk of the Company. This Company has a massive future.
