The Learning & Development ( L&D - CJ Podcast) industry is booming & is expanding at a rapid rate alongside innovative technologies- so much so that L&D departments themselves are becoming ‘Central hubs for all Workplace Innovation’ & Growth.

So, understand that our Valassis, Yoyo, Eagle Eye & Toshiba agreements put us in front of the biggest Global Companies employing Hundreds of thousands Of staff.

So there’s a Market Maker on 4.1 and another on 4.25 & the first buy for 55,560 goes through at 4.29.

Following on from Andinio’s wise post about ‘forward planning’ & sticking to investment strategies my thoughts are as follows.

1. Substantive partnerships are in place.
2. Software developed, tested and being rolled out.
3. Industry specialists being recruited to manage Engage.
4. Significant uplift in Educate coinciding with New School year.
5. Global hardware manufacturer partnership announcement imminent.

The above 5 points indicate that DEV is moving rapidly towards significant revenue growth due to the scalability of their offerings.

I particularly like the ‘spin off’ huge potential of the gamification platform for Launchpad and the training of employees- (think intercontinental) this in itself has very significant revenue potential, and CJ pointed out in the podcast that DEV charged ‘per individual user’ as the employee churn rate cost large corporations a great deal.

Educate is going to offer some substantial momentum in the near term, whilst Engage will, imo, surprise us all with the potential variety of strong revenue streams.

So, I’m holding the lot, and will review in March 2020.

Andinio, I agree, we’re on the cusp of the hardware partnership announcement.

All the other announcements are phenomenal. The quality of the partnerships is just outstanding.

Launching across the UK now & 2020 is only 4 1/2 months away, before starting to rollout across the USA & Canada.

Gell, as I said before, there are a handful of holders here that are in for huge amounts. We get it.

There are a lot of holders sitting on losses, most are probably, and it’s always harder being excited when one is staring a a big red number.

However, we know why, CJ knows why, and has appointed another broker & brought in institutional investors ( the 1 Million buy today was perhaps our new II adding on the open market?!!)

There’s already been some fantastic partnerships announced, and growth here is going to be off the scale.

Oddly enough, if this was on AIM it would be going crazy, but it’s Main Market listed, and that will give us the security & longevity to HOLD.

Having been shot down by BrownEyeBird yesterday I do note that buying at 3.4p remains elusive.

It would be interesting to try to accumulate a 2 Million plus holding from this point on.

To 4.1p on that last 100k buy.

Someone’s been loading 100k at a time since yesterday, trying to accumulate.

As Stocktracker has correctly stated, there’s very little freefloat & this is going to move up quickly with even small buying pressure.

Get over yourself.

So, you bought in too high, £25k at 6p ish so you say.

There isn’t an investor here that hasn’t done exactly that, we rarely buy ‘at the bottom’, the market makers always find new lows for the very reason to depress holders into selling, it’s part of what goes on.

Conversely, I’ve had big red numbers turn into huge blue numbers in a matter of days.

You bought more lower so you do believe in DEV although your posts suggest otherwise.

The fact remains you could sell up & actually lose elsewhere, whereas there’s a story unfolding here that suggests holding could actually make you seriously wealthy.

Good post, some do get it, and we will be holding for some serious gains.

There are a few regular posters who just enjoy being negative, that’s their prerogative, and whatever DEV do, it won’t be enough.

That would be difficult as I’ve been buying DEV for the last 3 months, Novum was announced today.

Regarding revenues, one needs to conclude that DEV are ‘swimming in the big tank’ and in with major global players.

Revenues will be determined in end of year results so that specific contracts do not announce figures pertinent to specific Companies.

One needs to come to one’s own conclusions regarding the direction of travel here.

Have you looked at what DEV have already agreed with Valassis? Yoyo wallet? WorldSkills? Etc

Do some research & you’ll realise there’s no need for any pump, it’s just fact.

DEV have developed all their innovative software over years, it’s been tested & tweaked with end users and finally, after it has been ‘approved for market’ it has been launched into the cloud.

The Company is already about to break-even after listing in January this year, and suddenly this Company is pulling in major contracts, not unsurprisingly.

This Little Company is going into profit very shortly, and we know growth here will be exponential.

Hold fast ( and newcomers will struggle to accumulate anywhere near the placing price cos there’s no stock) because this is going to move up to new highs in short order.

Also Wait for the Educate rollout with WorldSkills.

Break even imminent.
Building on existing contracts.
Cash in the bank.

This stock will exceed all expectations over the next 18 months.
