Yes, if you still have your full ISA allowance for this tax year then you can put in £20k.

You can buy DEV shares, you’ll probably get around 400 plus thousand shares as it seems they are available in reasonable amounts around 4.5/4.6p

Of course shares can go up & down in value, and your holding will be volatile with just one stock, you may need to switch off for a while!

Any gains will be tax free.

If you’ve got £176K in your ISA to enable the purchase of 4 Million DEV shares then any profits are already ringfenced as the funds already rest in your ISA wrapper.

I’m assuming with a £20K annual ISA allowance you’ve been adding & making good profits for some time, and all these profits are tax free within the ISA wrapper.

Once funds are removed from the ISA, for example, £100K profit, you can only put your £20K annual allowance back in.

ISA Millionaires are becoming more frequent as profits are rolled up and more stock is accumulated, capitalism at its finest!!!

Yes, I’ve had the same problem & have contacted the Tally team, I was the first to report the black screen problem- slightly relieved others are reporting the same issue as I thought it was my phone.

You need to go to support & report it, it’s a big glitch.

I’ve been mostly swimming today, I bought a chunk of Gold at $1494 to top up a bigger holding from $1310, this morning so that was my little trade!

News next week for DEV I suspect. Might be the biggie.

Yes, I’ve topped up another £1500 at 1495 & good to see a sudden surge in pog.
It was on my Tally account in record time.

Mr 100K still munching, day 5 and still at it, wouldn’t surprise me if it’s our new investor from the placing.

We need some liquidity so the sells today are needed, it moves on very little either way at the mo.

Back up to 4.6p to buy imminently.

Tally will re-List on the Main Market, CP is big on Compliance & it only makes sense to re-launch The Company into a fully regulated market.

Therefore, be patient- it will be worth it.

Hi Woody, ( & Stock) - DEV will move forward under its own steam in the short term, 12 - 18 months.

It’s not long to wait.

With the UK, USA & Canada under its belt revenues are going to be substantial just with Educate, and our ‘Catalyst’ will exemplify why.

Engage (& Launchpad ) are rolling out into Europe too, as well as the USA.

And Experience will build steadily and build the brand and provide tidy revenues.
The potential here is just staggering. Do I see a 20 bagger from here in an 18 month time frame, MCap £350?

Actually I’d be disappointed if it doesn’t exceed it, and it’s not a ramp, it’s based on the outstanding quality & scalability of the current partnerships and how immersed DEV are already, with Global Companies.

I’ll still be here in 12 months so we can see how we’re doing then.
