Cjmarrit.. I don't think there's negotiations, I think the thinking and the decisions making has finished, it's no a matter of writing it up so clear that it can't be attacked by FCA and the wording these things can't allow for anyone find a hole. I think that is why we didn't hear anything just yet. I imagine it to be like walking across a mine field without triggering one.
viking, I know what you suffer with your friend, knowing that a couple is two and not ten, but I have a son who, when he says 'a few minutes' could mean anything from minutes, hours, even days ;-) I'm not sure why people have such different perceptions :-)
I believe the decision is made, the release is now only a matter of the scripts and the messengers and... don't forget.. ;-) bad news are the ones that travel faster than good news ;-)
Cjmarrit :-) LOL and you have no idea how happy I am to meet somebody to know the difference between a couple and a few :-) it doesn't happen that often lol :-) and the day of the court case doesn't go into the couple of days of thinking. That starts the day after :-)
Just as a wrote my little oprea, CJmarrit comes up with nearly the same :-) lol
From what I recall the judge said that he needs a couple of days to think about it. A couple of days is two days (I didn't include the weekend, for even judges need a well-earned rest). Everything more than two days wouldn't be a couple of days anymore, but a few days. I might come across as if I'm pooping on the penny that nobody can see the number anymore, but I feel that the decision is imminent. Unless the judge doesn't know the difference between a couple and a few and I trust that judges do know that ;-)
A :-)
The amount of trades, be they sales or buys, alone show that there a huge interest in the this stock. What is holding it back is the uncertainty. Once the uncertainty is gone, they gloves are off in either direction. For me it weighs more towards positive news.
Pantz, the year high was 30.30 I think when a good RNS comes through it might fly up so fast we'll have problems to follow up lol
I think it's twitching again. 19.21 to sell and 20.00 to buy now on HL Account. Seconds before it was 18.80 to buy and 20.20 to sell.
Look at that!
Vol. Sold 4,388,131
Sold Value £939.94k
Vol. Bought 8,716,105
Bought Value £2m
21.42 to buy right now. Getting some more at 19.85 I'm calling myself lucky :-)
Cheapest I could get in was at 19.85 only a few minutes earlier I could have got some more for 18.88, but it went into auction the moment I wouldn't to click the submit button.
Just gone into auction the second I wanted to top up
Yes, vinson, you should promote this list. The list shows nothing that isn't already known ;-)
All of the above are highly unlikely to find potential clients in here.
add: Everybody I know uses the lenders for luxuries out of the ordinary. For rare treats for the family and not for Christmas presents and school uniforms. For things that would take many, many years to save up for. I find that article a bit strange, to be honest.
add: Instead of spending it in the pub, on the horses or on the bingo.
manu...these parents had a very simple and much cheaper solution: To save the save the amount they have paid provi every week and then they wouldn't have needed to lend for Christmas presents and school uniforms ;-)
Adreva, what do mean 'they have abused the poor'? To abuse somebody means to forcefully make them do something. I can't recall having read anywhere that Amigo agents forced anyone against their will to take out a loan with them and if they refused threatened them with physical sanctions.
Amazing that there are suddenly so many people on this board who manage to present their stupidity in one sentence only, but if there was a chart list, then you would just made it to number one.
