True but the company's you mention are huge multi national company's and have taken decades and decades etc etc to get where they are today. This is a good company but they are just starting out. that's ok if one is young but I am getting on in years. I am a gold bug anyway.

The company now has 2 Billion shares. This partly why I just got out but I will keep watching. normally a company with billions of shares, does a share consolidation at some point. IMO only and DYOR.

Magnificent 7 collaboration embeds research-driven AI and hyperscale resilience into Defence Technologies' first product

Defence Holdings PLC (LSE: ALRT), the UK's first listed software-led defence company, will unveil to the global defence community at DSEI 2025 its first AI product, already in active development for the UK Ministry of Defence ("MOD").

The product is being developed by Defence Technologies, the newly branded platform formed through Defence Holdings' strategic partnership with Whitespace Global Limited ("Whitespace"), a leading UK deep-technology company specialising in AI infrastructure for defence, national security, and regulated public sector operations.

The first product is being developed in collaboration with one of the world's Magnificent 7 technology leaders. Engineers from Whitespace and the hyperscale partner are working side by side to integrate its cloud infrastructure, built natively for AI workloads, directly into the build.

While the partner cannot be named at this stage due to disclosure restrictions, it is one of the world's most recognised technology companies, with infrastructure already embedded across governments, defence, and critical industries worldwide. Defence Holdings anticipates providing further details in future announcements as the collaboration progresses.

This joint approach ensures hyperscale performance, resilience, and security are embedded from day one, positioning Defence Technologies as one of the very few emerging defence platforms able to operate at the same scale as the primes. The Company has agreed to sell its remaining holding of 24,699,825 ordinary shares in GMET of £0.001 each (the "Sale Shares"), for a total cash consideration of £13,584,904 before costs, representing a price of 55p per Sale Share. The sale is expected to complete in the coming weeks.

Our original investment in GMET was £1,935,275. Over the course of two disposals, we will have realised £22,809,988 before costs, a Return of 11.8 Times.

It represents a strong validation of our incubator model and gives us considerable firepower now to pursue other opportunities, a number of which have presented themselves to us in recent weeks.

My view only. Hamak Gold has a good business/asset Model which can only be a win/win for the company. Gold mining assets & also Bit coin/Crypto investments. Gold price high so assets worth more. With Crypto, if price increases excellent for the company. If Crypto price goes lower means cost less for company to buy said crypto, which is also excellent for company. Not Rocket science. I maybe wrong but there again I might be right. Monday I predict the company share price will bounce back to its high but we will see. Fridays Gold Price was up $73 dollars. Fridays company's shares traded.

Dow Jones is down over 630 points as of now. Trumps Tariffs are doing harm to the world economy. HAMA assets are gold & crypto. So IMO only of course. Monday will take this company's shares back up. Look at todays share buys at todays prices. By on the dips. Today was a large dip. Well done those who bought in todays low. IMO only & DYOR .
