The government have promised to bring in some form of legislation to boost housebuilding and it's getting to the stage where they will have to act.

I was brought up with the idea that you can't go wrong with property in the uk. I have had 45k in PSN, Barrett, Taylor Wimpey for 3 years plus now, The FTSE goes from strength to strength and these shares struggle. Can't bring myself to sell them now in case they surge. Give me hope someone.

33% share dilution replaced by the new assets {money} from the equity injection. Should leave the share price in equilibrium.

Looks like Sam could have sold them all at 59p.

Well I'Ve bought a few thousand at 67p rather than a few hundred on offer at 53p. Lets see how it goes.

HL say any shares you make an offer for that are above your original entitlement may not be refunded under the same terms were you not to get the extra shares. Any idea what that exactly means ....thanks

I feel I've held these shares forever in all their guises. Good luck to everyone but these buggers always find a way to get what they want.

If the future share issue is to be successful RKH and Navitas need to ensure the price is kept well away from the 50p's. Otherwise buyers will not be enticed to buy.

One way of doing this will be to give a continual flow of good news on the progress of the project.

This should give RKH even more support.

AHT is almost entirely a business dealing in the US. I have lost plenty but await its transition to the S&P 500.

Results show it is ticking along reasonably well and its transfer due in March should spark the 'sp' into life .

This one is on the up. (Nasdaq)
