Would be sooo nice if everyone could agree to disagree on these personal issues (it only takes one of you to stop posting the personal attacks and it will actually go away) and move on so we can discuss VAST related issues.

We have more than enough problems with VAST itself so we really don't need any personal feuds on here as well.

Post both sides, whether you think this is a super SP and super share or whether you think its a dog. Put up your arguments as well then with it, for both sides that is.

And please don't start the 'are you the moderator of this BB' nonsense please as no, I'm not. Just want to read peoples opinions, good or bad, about this share. And solutions if there are please as well.

Having read this again the man states:

"it's not true we have licensed de beers and Vast". That is correct. The license is not in place. He indeed does not state that they will not be licensed.

Seems like a word play, whatever the reason for it. Maybe the replacement of Be beers by Alrosa as TBT indicates.

Hmm, interesting. Maybe not so bad after all.

Morning 2pence, you do raise a good point.

Are we really going to give VAST more freedom to raise money when they are not telling us what is actually happening?
That is like gambling in a casino on roulette where you cannot see the wheel/numbers.
Where indeed did the USD 1mln go? How is it ok to surprise raise USD 1mln and not give any indication of what it was necessary for, even after all the questions on here about it. Now this fiasco with mercuria and the surprise finance from bergen just days before the Mercuria drop out. AP must have known. It's too much of a coincidence.
What are we to believe now of this chairman's letter and what will actually happen after we approve??

Come on AP, stop treating us like an ATM and show us some respect. Explain and show us a plan: on BP, on the dog that keeps barking, on Marange, everything. Step up and become a proper leader or let someone else step up.

Your example of the 55m in my view is similar to what GGP have done over the HAD005 news flow. Their visuals were very similar to the actual assay results, except much bigger.

In comparison to the analogy you make here there could be many things going on in the background. Very exciting.

However, just over two years ago we were here at 0.16p and we recovered.

It's all about the assets. You have got to believe in the assets with this company or you better get out.

If you believe in the assets and the fact that we have and can get to funds, indeed maybe with substantial dilution, then you can also see that it is better to hold on then to sell at these rediculous levels.

Anyway, you know how critical I am about AP but it's the assets that you have to look at.

Kept on telling us that vast had fulfilled all legal obligations. And that T2 was with the Mercuria lawyers and it would come. So, if it's not a legal issue, what is it then? I thought that if all was well T2 had to follow hence something must be off according to Mercuria.
It can therefore only be a mine issue or am I missing something.

We have waited all this time for mercuria and now they're gone. Hope the other plans are started...

It's a bloody mess again. Not sure if the trust can ever be repaired. Guess we will be sitting on that 0.2 fora bit. Maybe until the conversion notes from Bergen come out as haboo said yesterday. Sorry if I got the name a bit wrong.

No problem with risk otherwise I would not be here. Risk and reward. I don't hold vanilla shares. Not interested.

What I have issues with is a BOD not delivering to what THEY promise. So NOT what 'I want' as you state, but what THEY promise. Hope you can see the distinction.

Clearly I was too naive with AP (which I could be forgiven for after RP), however much he says he is doing his best. Learned my lesson there!

Again, I am here because of the assets, which was the reason I bought into this project, not because of the BOD, I trust that is clear now. Lots of work to be done, and not only on trust.

Sure Mizman, and that is all great and of course we'll take it, especially the GBP millions. However, it still means your planning is not good enough in the corporate world.

Typically things are planned in connection with other parts of a business. In this case, if we would have BP up within 4 months while the planning was 6 how do you think i.e. the logistics will work if they are actually delivered on time, so after the planned 6 months. You'll be sitting on your hands for 2 months.

Anyway, it's irrelevant because we as shareholders have no control whatsoeverso let's agree to disagree and move on.

I didn't say that Mercuria had to cough up because we have fulfilled all out legal obligations. Please read again.
AP keeps saying 'T2 soon' and 'we have fulfilled all our obligations' and that 'it is with the legal team of Mercuria'. His words, not mine.

What he is NOT saying is why T2 is still not with us 'soon'. It's been a good 3months and still counting.
So either he doesn't know or he isn't telling us. Not sure which one is worse. If he does know I can't understand why he is not informing the shareholders as clearly it has an impact on the share price due to the way he has communicated about it. That makes it market sensitive and hence I believe we should know.

If he doesn't know well, what can I say...

Maybe I'm just to naïve thinking he really is working for us :-/

I think it's the other way around. Mercuria is an offtaker not a miner, right? So it will have been vast stating that BP could be ramped up earlier, if anyone did state that.

On the other hand, let's be realistic. Knowing VAST they will already have been optimistic with the 6 months so let's not raise expectations that it can be earlier as with our track record it will only bite us in the ass. The plan is 6 months so let's deliver according to plan. Start delivering on what we say we will deliver and on time will generate trust and predictability which brings institutional investors. Delivering earlier is not necessarily positive. It means your planning was sh!te.
