Think you are kidding yourself here .. if it is to be that good then news would of leaked and we would be at £5. Got to admire your positivity though. Can see this bobbing at £4 for another 6-12 months - who knows might be wrong tho! Time will tell.

This share is infuriating ... have been holding for 12 months at 40p thinking there will soon be a steady sustained rise but it keeps rising and dropping .. could of made a mint on the dips .. anyone have any thoughts whether this pattern will continue (i.e. after next update slowly drop again) or do we anticipate a steady rise here on in

Hi Nic. It's potentially the date that hmso planning application for 300 apartments gets determined. Not sure how much will influence share price as it's not monumental news. I'm thinking selling soon as doesn't seem to be going anywhere fast (downward chart trend past month, BOE outlook looks bleak, lots debt).. would appreciate others thoughts on this tho - should o hold on. Thanks
