Why?

Would appreciate people's thoughts on where this might go in the next 2-3yrs? Charts imply it was northwards of £2 a couple of years back.. cheers

Thanks for the advice .. just checked with iweb and there response is 'we as a business don't usually take part in scrip dividends but with hammerson we will be taking part in the upcoming one as we have done with the previous scrip dividend'.. happy days

Excuse my stupidity but do I need to select / respond to something to get the scrip dividend or will it automatically be selected and paid? I'm with iwebsharedealing. Many thanks

I can see this going back down to 20p.. should of sold at 42p!

Will be well annoyed if this drops back down to low 20's - as am currently 50%+ up. What do people think?

Hi.. new to this one.. just bought 2.5k worth shares this morning.. what's people views on how this could shape up over the short to medium term? I'm thinking with the worst of covid over and shops reopening this could potentially one day rise back to the £2 marker?
