We have been slowly dropping in price for 3 weeks now, everyone knows our potential and what is on offer here, but some are turned off by the price movement. Lots of investors wont buy into a stock that is going down, but love to buying into a rising stock.

When this reverses, there are going to be a lot of people that have been on the sidelines hurrying to get back in here and I predict that when the reversal occurs we will rise very quickly. Price movement is price movement, nothing more, trust the fundamentals.

72.6p is out highest previous close, so a strong point of resistance. If we can break this level and hold it, I don't see any strong resistance until we get to 90p, the previous high on the Sky interview speeding ticket day. Getting exciting here.

The government cant go for antibody passports and give people special privileges if they have antibodies, it raises too many questions and problems. But with Boris's plan to allow people into events or non socially distances places if they have had an antigen test prior, I can see that people with antibodies could be allowed to skip this antigen test.

An example
You go to a football match, if you have had c19 and have had an antibody test prooving it you are allowed in, if not you must take an antigen test prior to the event. Therefor life is a lot more convienient for those with antibodies, however people without antibodies are not restricted from any activity.

From the beginning, it is the diversity and flexibility that Omega have that made me invest. We are in uncertain times, the pandemic response could play out a few different ways and the company needs to be fluid and responsive in matching the capacity to demand. IMO the company couldn't be in a better position as a result of their diversified array of tests with Mologic and the UK-RTC

We have heard very little about the Mologic antigen LFT, but it is one of the tests we have contract manufacturing arrangement for. Having said that, it wouldn't have been one of three tests being assessed by Heathrow airport if it wasn't significantly progressed, partially validated and had a quick path to manufacturing. The Mologic antigen LFT, could surprise us soon, but then again India orders might be around the corner, or ELISA sales. Lots of potential newsflow.

@Lee, I also think he made a mistake. Mologic LFT antibody has been CE marked, but Mologic LFT antigen has yet to be CE marked.

It does clearly say Dec for commercialisation of the Mologic LFT antigen in the Q&As of the investor meet company presentation. But I think timetables might have been brought forward, because I don't think Heathrow would have put the Mologic test in consideration if there is not a quick path to production and delivery of the test to the airport, which makes me think we are further progressed that originally planned, but I may be wrong. I have posted the quote from the Q&A below.

A friend of mine recently got tested for C19, he ordered the test from the UK Gov on a Saturday, arrived via Amazon on Monday 6pm. He completed the test and posted it that evening, but had missed last post because the test arrived to late in the day. So the returned sample arrives via 24hr Royal Mail post into the lab on a Wednesday and he doesn’t get the result until Thursday. A five day wait…

LFT are the future. Lab tests will always have their place, but being able to have an immediate result, even if the result is 0.5% less accurate is invaluable. Also cost might not seem too important right now, but over time, the cost has to come down. For testing to become common place, the price has to be £10 or less, £5 would be ideal. At this price, most people would be able to quickly test themselves before going to a family gathering e.g. Christmas. If tests are £30+ people will just take the risk. The same test my friend ordered from the UK Gov is over £100 if you get it privately.

The media are obsessed with criticising LFT, but this will change over time as they realise there is no alternative. The cost, logistics and time delay of lab testing is currently being highlighted by the lab testing problems being reported in the news. Labs are struggling to keep up and we are only testing those that have symptoms, let alone symptom-less people. we need to get to the point where anyone that wants an antigen or antibody test can easily and cheap get access to one. What company is better placed to provide these tests that people desperately need, than Omega Diagnostics?

I think once we break the 72p barrier, either before or after news we are going to motor through the 70-80s at the same speed or faster than we went through the 60p range. There is huge value here that many of us have seen in Omega for a long time and when that value is spelled out in big letters for all to see, everyone is going to arrive here.

When things get really interesting is when the tests are widely available to the general public and we get another wave of new investors discovering the UK-RTC, Mologic and Omega for the first time. So, those investors that buy in post UK-RTC gov contract, might not be first, but they will still be ahead of many.

Amazon currently have government contracts to distibute covid-19 tests, so when you request a home swab antigen test from the government, it will likely be amazon that deliver it to your home. You then provide your sample and send it back through royal mail (priority labeled postboxes) to a lab, before getting your result.

When the government distributes the RTC antibody LFT, they will either use amazon or royal mail to distibute them, so although it is a loose connection in the job listing, it is not out of the realm of possibility.

Don't forget about Mologic's airport test, The Telegraphs twitter poll shows majority of people are happy to pay £50+. Imagine how popular Mologic's test is going to be at £10! The LAMP tests cost around £36, does anyone know the rough cost of L-Abra's test?

9AM has arrived, we now have permission to rise.

Food intolerance and CD4 profits might not seem huge now, but those profits are going to vastly increase in the next year or two. As covid testing sales start to slow in 2/3 years time, our CD4 and food intolerance sales will start to really blossom. Add to that the Cryptococcus and TB -LAM tests that we are developing and with the profits from Covid tests, who knows what other testing or products the company can develop. The Co could easily restart their allergy division.
