looks like the creditors control every move any way so the company will be reborn debt free and also creditor control free so it can start to make its own business decisions unhindered

the nav would be 14p ish "if" the creditors agree to getting their money back...of course if the company generate profits (and they are improving ) fair value would be driven by profit ....
