that expectation was set by the company and no one else and yes you would need to see an rns for something so significant for the company (wipe out debts in a blink and make them cash positive!) ... as there has not been any news then you can only presume that it has yet to complete and nothing materially bad has happened as in either case they would have had to update the market.... they should update the market any way .... but maybe its only a small delay

..there will need to be a placing .... If its at 1p the mms will mark it at 1p....if its at 10p..... The placing price will determine where it opens....investors running to the exit will do the rest !

the mid price was set by the last AT trade - in fact it was set by a UT transaction type at 8.07 am in 2 shares at1.2p. live price at the moment is 1.35-1.6 with the last trade being O type at 1.5375 in 50k. it does look like Oppenheimer are exhausted but a holdign rns could confirm that the last put them below the 3% threshold we may never know. 5% (decreased to 2.19%)

fireworks and jackets in their spuds tonight ....and bangers! no rns = no news = delay in paying the money or approving the deal ... news due today , of course they might only rns after today is over after the event but I can't see why it should take 2 weeks up until the wire for 2 creditors to approve a deal where they get their money back....!!!!
