Since the year end the Gaming & Payments Software division has seen a positive start to the year, boosted by the subsequent acquisition of Sormelle Limited, announced on 13 September 2013. This division is currently generating increasing revenues through the provision of on-line payment systems for Ladbrokes, and other gaming and non-gaming merchants in a number of jurisdictions has seen an encouraging growth in use. Overall TWL expects to report results slightly ahead of expectations for the year to 31 July 2013 before a write down in the value of Devil Fish and a loss after said write down.

It's a name change which given the old pre new management TWL is probably a good thing!

they have made 2 asset purchases and both the owners of the assets have joined the company to run them .... if you have another asset purchase ...like Intabet ... then i imagine people will join to run that too.... thats how the business is GROWING... growing revenues and growing profits on any already established revenue base.... 25k per month is 300k per annum just for one business....thats 3 mill market cap on a p.e. of 10 but its growth stock market cap half of that....

1.It's not a charitable company it;s a TECH COMPANY! 2.It was breaking even before the Poseve pruchase....which generated 25k net profit in April on 92k sales... so good try mate
