Hello.
Still can't spell can you.
Can we have all the misinformation, distortion, misrepresentations, distortions, speed reading and tripe in this one thread please? It'll make life easier for us all. You included.
Evening. Sorry about that Yayay. I'll get it right this time.
The company would not and have not lied in a RNS.
I must have been speed reading before I pressed the post message button.
Have not!!!! FFS lol.
Evening.
Yayay, The company would not and have lied in a RNS.

RM, what do you think? Are we no longer alone?

"A RNS is good enough for me."
This is all I have to say on this subject.

"''Am I the only one here who hasn’t got the faintest idea what you are talking about?'' Once you have been on this board for 10 years it'll all make sense.""
That's good to know BBB. All will become clear in less than a year then? I think I'm just over 9 years in now, I would check but i don't like to revisit those early days of unbridled enthusiasm without alcohol and its a bit early yet. £5.01 paid lol. That I do remember.
I do enjoy the meandering musings of this board, long may they continue.
Afternoon,
Yayay, I hear what you say about the ominous "kept under review". There are usually a couple of weeks of mumbling and veiled threats of stricter measures and then suddenly there is much belated need for urgent action.
I actually think that much of the population are quietly ignoring the present restrictions.
Here we have no shortage of hillwalkers or mountain bikers and even the kayakers and paddle boarders are enjoying the great outdoors. The car parks are busy, life goes on. The locals are behaving, it's the Tier 4 tourists that are out and about.
Morning.
Bellers, people like your daughter are the true unsung hero's/heroines of this awfull mess we are in. I have a friend who drives the local bus, another who delivers parcels, the local police who keep us safe. Paramedics I know who just keep at it. Firemen, my pals, who do the same. They all have my utmost respect and thanks.
Give her my regards please.
Morning.
Jackskin,
ambush her, people like that need preserving.
Doctor, I am glad you are doing well. May your good health continue.
However you seem to be confusing a disenchantment with the NHS and it's performance with a personal attack on Doctors. perhaps instead of immediately going on the defence and then attack, you might consider why a group of the most pleasant, thoughtful, responsible and kind people I have ever come across on any BB express a deep concern about the performance of the NHS.
One of the most concerning traits I see in the NHS is that no criticism whatsoever is permitted. You seem to have embraced this philosophy wholeheartedly.
I hope your good health continues, I would point out that people on this board have lost nearer and dearer than colleagues and patients and they might not appreciate you using them to make a point.
Evening.
Jackskin, I'm glad to hear your mother is alive and well even if she isn't that happy about the circumstances.
Hopefully the NHS will get it's finger out and she will get the vaccine soon. Then your lives will perhaps return to something near normality.
Evening.
It seems many on here have had similar experiences of the NHS through this pandemic.
it's been imposssible to see GP's, Dentists, Physio's etc. I think it's safe to say that large parts of the NHS have closed for the duration of the pandemic.
It puts me in mind of a nation keeping an army, well paid and equipped standing ready for any emergency or threat.
However come the day that the country is under threat most of the army decided that it shouldn't be exposed to any risk even a managed one and locks the door saying we aren't doing our job. but you should still pay us and oh yes, thanks very much for a bonus that we haven't earned.
I shudder to think how many have died and the suffering people have endured due to non treatment during this Pandemic.
Bellers,
I can better that, we have had 4 people vaccinated in our village. 2 Doctors and 2 Nurses. I will say no more on that subject.
Regards.
Evening.
Bellers, a more cynical person than I, might suggest that the new strain is just the excuse the FM was looking for to rein in the population during the celebrations of Hogmanay without PR fallout. ;)
Evening.
Yayay, I suspect the timing has more to do with the FM wanting to avoid comparison with the Grinch than with concerns for our safety. PR is all.
