The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
Can an intraday RNS come at any time?
One last thought tonight though. I remember reading on the board a while back about interest (and possible testing/collaboration?) with American military and I think more recently a suggestion that this might still be relevant. Another possible / imminent RNS being held up until the clinical hold approval perhaps.
Seeing lots of green boxes again so guessing we must be getting too positive for our own good again... Nearly 7am - GLA.
Many thanks E.P. Should we be concerned by this part: "The dividend payment will be subject to a discussion with the Omani's" ?
To save anyone else trying to understand S196's last post, may I suggest you read his 2 previous posts on Hemo.
Yet still some alive enough to use the filter button.
Spot on HH.
Which, Charles, would improve the chances of it having been Friday perhaps.
So the RNS of FDA submission of the one outstanding issue was 7am on Tuesday the 16th but I believe someone (Haywain perhaps) has clarified that the FDA's 30 days starts from when they informed the applicant not the applicant's RNS. So was this before 7am on the 16th (maximum 10 working days left) or the 15th (max 9 days) or the Friday before in which case only a maximum of 7 days?
(Or going off the 23 days the FDA took to respond last time to the whole submission, that's 5 or 4 or 2... ) Or sooner of course :)
Do agree BA, but going by today's intermittent progress, think the RNS would have to come on Monday/Tuesday next week for the sp to build up to around 5p before the approval. Worth the wait though.
Thanks E.P - don't know enough myself to check how this all stacks up against John's hopes but look forward to any analyses :)
Many thanks John as ever: all those wishes hardly sound unreasonable or far-fetched. I hope you will have the time for post-meeting thoughts too.
(Ps I don't know too much about shareboard etiquette but by way of thanks, a look at Hemogenyx's board - especially the posts of your equivalent over there JustHereForHemo - could be worth it as there is a reasonable possibility of good news there within the next 1-8 working days.)
Bit obsessed with what's going on over at Hemo and He1 at the moment but very much looking to your thoughts John after tomorrow's meeting. It doesn't sound as though you're expecting that much news on the sale; what would you like to hear may I ask?
Today was a good day. Was a time this morning when He1 up to 2.40 and Hemo at 2.50 and looked as though they would cross. Now He1 at 1.22 and Hemo at 3.32. And great to have risen again / be rising before the rns. Wonder if there'll be more of us up for the 7am vigil tomorrow :)
And thanks to Prevail's involvement and the knowledge, wisdom, experience and generosity of the quality posters here - we all know who you are - it does feel that the rise which Hemo will get on FDA approval, will be more real and sustainable than He1's flight to the the sun. Still rather hoping though that Prevail have been hard at work and there are already a lot of people out there who know of Hemo's potential and are raring to go once the approval de-risk has taken place.
Guess this waiting could be called "fun" JHFH but when He1's past 5 days begin for Hemo with the rns, now that will be fun-ner!
He1 up 675% in last five days. Before this, were they so much more on people's radars than Hemo? With the lifting of the clinical hold any day now - tomorrow would be nice :) - maybe those who saw the potential there, will also see the wisdom of investing here.
Thanks JHFH. So having already made a commitment to Hemo, they may both buy more shares for their own portfolio whilst also finding the right partner for a CAR-T licensing deal. Seems feasible then that they will have been using the clinical hold pause to do a lot behind the scenes and a 2nd RNS could indeed well be on the cards.
Certain that Prevail's involvement is excellent but not quite certain what they'll actually do / have possibly already done! Is their main role to find the right sort of investors for Hemo / CAR-T at this stage or do they invest themselves and then make deals with"the big boys" from that position?
At least we always have you for balance Pumpky :)
But genuinely if I may, as only one other golden rainbow share has been brought up, could there be 3 / 5 / 10/ 20 more out there right now? Apparently there are around 730 AIM listed companies at the moment so maybe 3 in Hemo's position at any one time..?
