Just had a quick look and the directors ect hold 3% between all of them. The company added that it has signed a 15 year lease to operate the golf course, golf academy and driving range at the east Kilbride site. which will open summer 2009. The losses were predicted as they are still building the courses and the banks would off been aware of this. Maybe they need more money to launch the course I don't have a clue for the sudden drop today the cash problems were disclosed weeks ago, And has been bouncing ever since

cross trade means nothing it was for 11 mil but if you look at volumes traded neither are that amount

Found this posted today on iii To me it looks as though there is good news in the offing! With a potential return to shareholders of £22m then this could be a ten bagger! It wouldn't surprise me if they have done the deal on the sale of one or both properties.

Yes i understand what you are saying after further research they have a lot of large sites that have been closed down over the last 5 years that they have been activly looking for a developer to come in on In this current climate brown field sites are holding to more off a value than residentual due too multi uses off the sites For some reason this share has flown and i can't seem to find out why, I was holding before the rise and have heard no ramping before noticing it turn blue in my portfolio I really should sell but can afford to hold a few days in case i've missed something DYOR i have

Just checked what you said and the accounts were issued in december 2008 not 2007 the typo was in the RNS Number : 6470K DYOR
