totally agree with you the brown field sites are huge and in good locations. this type of site has not dropped in value as much as residentual due too the multi use that they can offer. Even in this climate industrial eastates are still being built at the same rate as last year and are commanding huge amounts of money in leases and rents ect. so houses are not the only option The locations off the sites are pretty much in built up areas anyways bordering residentual area's and the goverment has annouced that they are funding 50 mill worth of projects for council house building as well in these areas. i fired off a email asking ivs if they had any news that may of caused the 166% increase and i've had no reply so usually that means something is possiblie on the cards. At the end of the day this is a asset rich company who seem to have the right idea in not flogging a dead horse just shoot it and sell off while a nice profit can be realised. A RNS should be forth coming i would of thought And was obviously not a pump and dump as the rise has even increased since the mad day. makes you wonder if some peaple are privvy too certain info that makes them buy huge amounts off shares and hold them
