Gentleman1: There's always going to be profit taking when an IPO nets investors 100% almost immediately, and those who want to hold are still happily sitting on 60%. In terms of future funding then please don't forget HUI pre-qualification, and made a full application for a €17 million loan from the National Fund for Environmental Protection & Water Management. Outcome expected in the not too distant future. HUI and PHE are a synergy, they are not in competition as you're portraying it, and we should all view it as such.

stophe: It's just part of security protocol, multi factor authentication. The shares arrive from Nevilles Registrars automatically in my account. I then have to prove to HL that I'm entitled to them by showing the evidence of purchase / ownership.
I'm completely with Dr.A on this. I've not experienced anything amateurish. It's all very much as expected, always a little anxiety, but going by previous occasions with others, this is an awful lot more professional. At worst, perhaps they were just a little bowled over and caught out by the unexpected enthusiasm for it to start with. Anyway, good luck everyone.

All. This IPO has been a very straight forward process thus far for me. Neville Registrars are one of the very few that are able to 'dump' the HUI shares straight into my HL account, so I guess the issue for some is purely in relation to SIPP or ISA acccounts. Normal HL Fund and Share accounts are not a problem.
Nevilles have the HL CREST number and my HL account number and I have notified HL of the impending transfer in early Jan (hopefully), which is now noted on my account as an 'expectation' along with the expected volume.
Once the shares are issued I just send HL my 'evidence of enitielment' that'll be sent to me upon completion by Nevilles, and that's it. HUI shares go into my HL account.

Thanks Alkin. I hadn't realised the reactor was a separate part and outside of the PHE the modular design, which stops at the creaion of the syngas. If that's right then you are indeed correct. No issues. HUI taking it to the next stage so they can provide the appropriate locally desired outputs from the syngas has to be a good thing.

Jon Bellis at Novum Securities called me this morning. Documentation to sent out toward end of next week 7.5p / 1:1 15p warrants.

Hmm. This is my email from Jon at Novum Securities.

"I have made a note of your details. There is not a firm listing date as yet for Hydrogen Utopia International. We anticipate the IPO will be at the end of November 2021.
We will be in contact as soon as we have firm dates for the listing."

I really don't see how they would change it by a whole year without letting those who've registered know at about it. Admittedly it's not a firm date, but it certainly isn't 2022.
