Looks massively top heavy with 2200 retail betting shops.. None of which offers best odds guaranted, unlike its Internet rivals(why bother go in a shop then?) needs to change that policy and quickly imho. As more and more bets are placed online. Also Hilton group is seeing more of its customers switch to chepaer rivals(premier travel inns bookings are up big time).Uncertain times ahead, but the gameing sector in a whole should see higher turnover next year, No loyalty in this industry, needs to start changing its policys or sit and watch its rivals grow.. Punters wanna lay horses as well as back them. Move with the times LAD .. gl all
