I think MA will offer say 2p per share around 40 million, then pay off the bondholders and CVA Debs similar to HOF. Otherwise he kisses good buy to his GBP 80 million investment as a 29% shareholder. Well we have our results out next month, unless some nasty shocker we should see beautiful numbers. The BKR deal revenue and profits back dated to Jan 18 per the deal T&C’s. Solid revenue after the 6 months upgrade on Erskine and also all the gross profit equal to net profit because of all the accrued tax credits thus generating a stack load of free cash. When it’s blended into our year end I reckon we should be getting broker reratings around the 200p area. We also got Rowallan coming on stream shortly after Y/E as well. GLA

If they lose anymore contracts, their fixed costs remain so dividends at risk. If next gen cars are sensor controlled or driverless I guess the paradigm shift makes Redde’s services extinct. Any thoughts on how Redde can grow its businesses and improve its dividend cover in the medium term people’s?

The markets falling a lot today after the DaoW 200 drop last night so when the tide goes out all boats sink. As Boyo is lowest I reckon he is a racing certainty today. Could see a 212 or 210 I think. Kinda think it’s a great top up point as we are in the Ides of the closed period so staff cannot top up (Insider dealing etc) which often causes sideway trading and drifts lower on the silence. Unless all the updates are a pack of lies (I’m sure they are not) We should see beautiful figures published and a decent broker re-rating surely.

Generating more cash than a hot running mint.
Area increasingly politically stables.
On a silly current P/E of 3, forward P/E of around 2.

RESULTS DUE THIS MONTH

Guzzler, good to see some enlightenment between the ramping, emotions and false hope. All the research and data around the costs to drill in this area show that the complete operating costs are around USD60 per barrel including SG&A. Facts on the ground are, not drop of commercial oil in 4 years, just hype and subject matter switching from DW and crew. It’s sad to see the BB’s and how many folks wishing on some sort of gusher that is commercially viable. Once this is delisted or shutdown as a going concern as it will be eventually DW and his cronies cannot tap the shareholders any longer so it’s in their selfish interests to make investors think 88e is on the cusp of something grand. Look at say Genel on a PE of 2.5 generating cash above 25 bucks per barrel versus this shower with 7 billion shares in issue with even more Dilution coming soon as the banks won’t lend any more and the numbers and risk data tells smart folks what to do. Even striking oil and the company will never achieve a cash positive situation, if not its a dud investment DYOR

The deal went through last night, with Tinkler out the way we have clear skies ahead. Expecting a nice rise back to the 200p mark now and ever Brexit got scrapped back to 300p area. Looks like a good entry point!

Unfortunately this 1p offer or zero is sure to be a done deal. FlyBe will delist as is easy on AIM and then the assets sold off, they can declare bankruptcy and let the lenders get it all. Note it’s the vultures already in there. Shareholders only hope is an agressive counter bid. I think Tinkler having lost credibility is out the game now. The trading update was not too bad at all and a lot of progression on things like pattern design royalties repeat revenue increases and expectations will be met. Seems almost brutal, of course stormy waters with Brexit but at the same time WGB is increasingly global with no net debt. Spread sucks but looks like good value to me. Any thoughts folks?

Well whatever trades are shown at is irrelevant. You just brought into a turd. RNS’s very misleading talking about double digit growth every quarter and paying for Edison to write nice things about them. Truth is they are no where near to breakeven, second Dilution, hugely discounted so PI’s don’t really believe the story. At least the clown behind on this is leaving by mutual agreement. Pizza’s not so popular in Poland and can’t hold market share without costly advertising by their own admission. We got the usual blame the weather thrown in. All rather pathetic I’m afraid BOD members.
