Thank heavens that waste of space complicated bid from BB has gone away today. If they could offer 35p in cash then they could be taken seriously. Their current efforts of a reverse takeover are rather misleading and silly in reality.

There’s no strategy, could sell a division and leave the remaining 2 totally debt free and release a lot of share holder value. I think it’s a good price to top up. If we get a 25 basis points interest rate cut then it will kick up very nicely. I think to 520p to 550p. They say they be increasing the dividend in their results, probably say just 5%. But then at current price it’s almost 11% yield. That makes it a strong buy for me.

Well the bad news is all the staff are getting their salary every month, so they may need another fund raising or an expensive bridging loan to get through the next 12+ months

All very predictable and they should have put in penalty clauses for delays in all their contracts to hedge such things. Stupid people that don’t don’t know governments delay and go at snails pace.

Could be, we will get a juicy dividend, see the SP ExD then rise back a little as the share it backs kick in. After that I think it’s vulnerable to an M&A. Suffice to say holistically undervalued buy around 50p to 80p at current SP when looking at the sum of the values IMHO

It can only be a metre of time before we get back to around 250p. Re usable already launched (This was what spooked investors). All divisions delivering record revenue and more importantly bottom line. So as the BOD shared they will announce either share buy backs, divi uplifts acquisitions or a combination of 2 or more. Hi TT, well let’s see if Simon redeems himself by posting some net profits in the next results. I have a much higher level of cynicism that you regarding smooth talking Simon. I think a lot of investors that supported the cash raising just ahead of one mini disaster after another are probably on same page. I am invested and hope your optimism comes through in the SP in a few months time.

Although BATS has fallen away past few years, with the share buy back for cancellation and still generating huge cash one would think we should hold up and potentially increase a little from such lows. I thought the upselling of prospects was quite sharp to get the 35p cash injection away. No we have this Philippines issue with CEO trying to clear his name. If we assume he will and SRT are totally innocent of any tendering malpractices then they should issue a much more comprehensive RNS that answers the following: If Philippines don’t pay after alleging illegal tendering what would be the effect on revenue and bottom line? Is SRT smart enough to set up their contracts ideally with advanced stage payments to minimize payment risks. The fact that these 2 simple easy to update shareholders data is missing is very concerning and I think understandably until much greater P&L clarification is forthcoming it make SRT almost non-investable. Whilst there is a most explanation, changing their Y/E strategically right now stinks as well. I don’t think Tucker is the great CEO some believe him to be. Anyway time will out as always. (I’m watching might invest but need data on liabilities from current events).

3.8 million sale yesterday. How many more months can 88 survive before it delists? I been trying to warn people bs Bromby’s ramping this can’t survive so sell up (take the hit) and buy shares that will make you a return. The banks are not supporting, the dilutions have to be at bigger and bigger discounts - You can’t just print shares without continuing SP drops.

I wonder if Body Shop assets will be bid by THG or could it just be BS? 😀.

Robina - The investments that PHNX has largely grow on eps. All companies sell their EBITDA growth numbers which are BA for earnings, need to PAT (profit after tax) or retained earnings (same thing as PAT) without dilution ideally. As nearly all corporations live on debt the “I” in EBITDA is the interest, so if companies are very indebted like say THG their EBITDA “I” is effectively paying the banks all their profits. So point being when interest rates drop that is normally part of the banking covenants linked to loans so it effectively puts more net money to the bottom line. Markets always over perceive small changes to be more SP significant than they are but look ahead to trends so this is why I think a 0.25% BOE cut could push the SP to c.580p - Let’s see GLA (Hope this is helpful).
