Agree - I think 30p is about its value right now then back into 3 figures when the remediation is 100% completed. We are getting there steady as she goes.

RB - You need to look in on WJG, that ‘currently if your quick in’ has multiples & cash that you might appreciate as your not at all sold on DPP.

This was a tree shake down to support the £173k buy. I’m loading up more as well at this price.

Couldn’t agree more Mr Zhou - Too many posters here have no finacial clue what they are saying and are blind to fact that there is no guidance on cash - The free cash flow guidance shows lack of credibility as the don’t know between £25 & £50 M what it might come out at.

Any closer to PAT (profit after tax), likely not or they would be harping on about it. The only positive is Revenue similar to previous - Looking forward to a full results release to see what they are not saying or revealing in this overhyped MM style trading update. Note the city are not buying into it in the SO. I can’t blame them. When statements like after Ingenuity THG will be swimming in net cash and paying dividends turn into a very different reality with credibility with the City gone and MM branded a blagger - Don’t invest in anything he is involved in. Input costs are higher from basic wage uplifts etc, property prices flat or off a little due to mortgage interest rate potential small increases. Flat numbers out of Wimpy and the likes - However WJG is insulated from a lot of that as it’s making to rent etc and what it does has demand and it also has 2 refurbishment businesses which are always needed. At these prices and with the cash on hand still quite healthy + the differentiators we have gone down on the tide - Very oversold IMHO - DYOR

Look at the past 2 weeks trading patterns - Clearly some insider trading is going on and they need to address this or face serious fines in a worst case scenario. Good news and we should see another SP uplift today anyway 👍🤗

To live in facts - The tax windfall is not at all confirmed.

We are selling a lot of the family silver to flatter the numbers and still have nasty debt ratios with interest rates set to increase + Whey at record highs as well. A lot more clarity and consistency needed over say the next 3 results (Y/E’s and Interims). Otherwise how believable is the story really especially when MM has a history of lying to investors, misleading if you want to be polite and has destroyed all investor good will and importantly future institutional investor trust to invest, there are way less risky investments out there than touching anything MM is running is the hard truth. He now needs to build investor confidence by delivering profit on goods not reselling all the little business he overpaid for in the first place. We still have a non turkey independent BOD and are contractually locked into using Ingenuity also in the mix. So on risk balance something like 30p is about THG's worth at this point in time, hence its average trading price until it’s way less opaque will continue.

Good to see are whey ahead of the curve on this opportunity atleast.

Buy backs come out of excessive net cash not huge borrowings - Naive post to suggest anything but deleverage right now.

Still opaque regarding any net profit from unit sales - It’s all coming from selling assets in truth. So when the asset sales stop, what happens then. Note the ever higher price of whey also. These numbers are a step in the right direction but II’s need more convincing.

No revenue from oil at all, losses increased to $61.3M. Billions of shares in issue as banks no longer supporting (More dilution to come I’m sure). Extraction costs horrendous (Ice roads, titanium drill bits etc). Interestingly went up a little with the price of oil, though they don’t have any - This was the best chance of an exit, financial reality now returning as the price drops away again - This is a gamblers not an investors share. Then we have typically a 13% buy / sell spread. So it makes 26% your still under water from dealing costs…..

Cubed - Your a very novice investor. Everytime you see the words EBITDA transfer for BS Earnings Charlie Munger Berkshire Hathaway). Look for things like PAT / Retained Earnings / Increase in net cash in 2027.

Does anyone know why the big fall of c.20% from recent highs. Many construction companies have fallen on increasing costs and predicted lower sales. However WJG is in student let & government underwritten low cost housing - Both categories have enormous shortages in supply / high demand. We also do cladding and other upgrades now as a division (Refresh) as well as (Fresh) management of all our lets and all are doing well and will continue getting incremental growth. Be interested on people views of any potential downsides that are causing the currently low SP. (We are extremely idiot Trump proof from my analysis).
