I note the 10 day period, after which they promised to publish Crowe's resignation letter, has passed. Moreover they have now removed the 10 day time period for this to be done from the Companies House filing they placed on June 5th ....

You just need to read the financial statements so far which is what i did - it's not rocket science, but it is clearly a step too far for the stoopids.

The financial problem is very simple- Even with a 70% rise in sales this year the

gross profits will be around 2.6m

from which QDE only get 30% = 780K

from which their admin costs have to be deducted which were 588k last year so let's be kind and call this 550k for this year

leaving a 230k at best- provided there has been no extra expenses such as sproject costs which there has been in the past

which is not the net profit because the loan has to be deducted at approx 400-500k per year

= + a loss of at least 250 k for this year .

The crap business model borrowing nearly 3m at 10 % over such small time period of 5 years is and has always been completely unsustatinable.

It means they cannot pay it all off every year without issuing warrants to do it. And the lastest warrant debacle (6 days before they delisted) looks v v v dicky...

They are currenly losing at least 25K every month, and with the last warrant failure, something has to give....

The two Pete's have bene saying this for over a year now - and metoo since i posted early this year...

They resigned due to a "reassement of the risks' which is about as bad as it can get. Clearly they had a dispute over what QDE wanted and the associiated risks for them.- and, equally clear, it must have been over the way the loans and repayments were 'presented'.

I note Crowe did their 2024 accounts, so despite Crowe comming a cropper in late' 24 with over a million fine for 'irrelgular' accounting of a (fraudulant) US firm, Pete the Meter still employed them...Poor judgement ?

It makes no sense whatsoever to suddenly resign with one day to go...due to 'staff shortages " a problem that would have come up much sooner...

The loans puzzle me: in the '24 account the MM clearly says that over half a million of the Pye loan was repaid through "a` director loan agreement plus through share warrants..' Yet in the '25 half year (unaudited accounts) he says that over 800k has now been repaid in the previous 18 month period ,(including the 500k repaid in the previous full year) 'through the profits made by Pye". In other words he is contradicting his own comments in the full year accounts. Also, if paid from the Pye profits, this is not accounted for in (or from) this 6 monthly report Jan - June '25

Can anyone make any sense of the garbage stage 1 and stage 2 warrant issues? Was it because they ran out of time to issue nearly 40m by 30 April?

Plus, they seem to only have added the stage 1 issues to the total number stated - with the stage 2 coming after July 15th? I presume all those subscribing are stuck with both.
