No doubt numpty brain will be cheering the elctricity rises without taking in the much bigger rises in gas prices. DOH!!

You don't address or mention the half m,illions loss they have published for the first 6 months of last year which is set to double for full year.

You don't mentionn the huge debt borrowing that is continuing to hollow out any net profit for the next 2 years.

Let alone the huge admin costs mentioned in the 6 monthly report-- enough on its own to wipe out any net profit.

They will not make any net profit unitl the debts are piad -2028 maybe.

By which time their clapped out generators may well be on their ast legs!!!

This company is all legs akimbo, on theri back, unable to turn upright becassue their busienss model( how to make net profits) is flawed.

There will be fun and games coming up over their PPAs re their charges for electricity, as I don't think they hedged the gas price paid (and in any event i suspect force majeure could well operate if they did) meaning they are stuck buying (unplanned for) v expensive gas, without necessarly being able to get it back through charging higher electricity prices- depending on what they agreed in theri PPAs...so legal arguments may well be coming, and,.even if they can charge more to accomodate higher gas prices,, they have to buy the v expensive gas now. With what exactly?

Yes indeed, 4PS . I was wondering if they might be delayed as they will try to honey them with this year’s progress update, where they will have to cover the huge and unexpected rise in their gas costs… they may wait until gas prices are lower.

Inept; you constantly demonstrate what little you know of corporate finances and planned expenses. If the latter suddenly and unexpectedly rises, it inevitably affects the cash flow because of the gap between the cost of the sales and the price they get on selling .

PP : Any thoughts on the effect higher prices they have to pay for gas on their cash flows? (Maybe only temporary)
