If I remember correctly, when interest first started at Cascabel, NM mentioned confidentiality agreements​ quite a lot, maybe these are still in place with a lot of the interested parties, so I can quite believe that discussions are common place and we simply are not in on it at this stage

Kellogs I think you are being a bit harsh on Sufcessex, he is a value invester, he buys unloved stocks that pay a high dividend and waits. He did the same with HSBC a couple of years back and everyone there buying in the 4's did very well after a year or 2 ,and picking up the 8% Divi while they waited. It's just different to tec trading simple as.

So let's recap, it could go down further or go up? But we are not sure if it's the long term bottom or shorter term if it does go down? We will have to wait and see for confirmation? And these people take themselves seriously!

Can you imagine if the Marxist labour government got in and bought this at a price to suit them? The thousands of small pi's. Pentioners and private pentioncompanies would be seriously harmed. I could foresee riots and strikes galore. Good old labour take us back to the seventies and the sick man of Europe again. Those poor students these days, they don't remember the 70's. Imo that is were charts come unstuck. This was over 160 before last results ( admittedly coming down) it dropped to around 140 and has been fairly flat since. If the results had surprised on the plus side the sp would probably have bounced. How would TA have picked that up? They don't seem to take what's going on around the share into account. That does do suit a longer term invester

I use charts as a guide. I imagine most do. Why do all chartists think everyone else is just guessing? Charts are just one of many tools.

We have a strong legal system in this country. This is not Zimbabwe

A labour government would have to pay at least market value. We are trading at a discount at the moment, so I believe they would end up paying a premium for it. But basically highly unlikely to happen in my opinion. Corby's nonsense ideas would cost 100's of Billions if you consider all the other utilities. Sadly some are buying the nonsense

Funding is one thing, backing the company in another. In the greater scheme of things the money needed was never great, it was the risk to reward ratio and the belief that the company had a future. The confidence of the Chinese to invest was more important than the money in many ways in my opinion. If people/ investors have confidence then the money will come.even if from somewhere else

It was over £17 6 months ago. Without being a sheep, ask yourself what has Really changed?

The drop was always about sentiment. Buy this share when it is cheap and hold it. Simples If you want to trade it, sell it around £17 and enjoy the divi while you wait
