Ps I wonder what happened to Earthling. It's strange he just spotted posting, without saying anything. He lived on this board.

This last year has been extremely difficult for lots of people. I have often come on this board as a bit of escapism.
I find it peculiar when others suggest people should post less or more etc.

I thought so, it's just Quady seems to believe everything the company says.

If you look at a chart from its formation in 1984, its actually been a steady riser. Look at the support line. grown from 1000 to 6500 ish today. The secret is to ignore the artificial spikes for dotcom in1999 and pre credit crunch and also pre covid. The index is about where it should be now. If you invested in 1984, done nothing and reinvested dividends. You would of had a fantastic investment strategy. The mistake people make is to look at the 1999 bubble and say it's gone no where since.
Anyone who bought in 1999 bought at the top of very frothy bubble. The index should never have been that high at that stage in the first place. All imo.

Just for transparency, is there a way we could raise enough money to develop without selling anything? I don't believe this, but want to put the idea to bed.

So what's the plan as it stands with funding this to production?

There is no news blackout, just average drilling results that they are hiding, like all bad news in the past. Coupled with a unrealistic strategy; the committee has concluded that it would be near impossible to go to the market for silly money or constantly go back year after year with no monetization happening for the best part of a decade.
Essentially the company has come to the end of the road, sacking Nick is the beginning of the wake up call.

Hope I'm wrong, but I'm not to sure about a news blackout.
It's been mentioned a few times over the years, whenever there is a void of news, only for a lame rns to then appear. And the earlier excuse is quickly forgotten while everyone dissects the new news.
As I said, I hope in wrong; but I've seen it in so many small company shares before.
If they have decided to bunch the news together instead of drip feeding it, it's strange to do that without telling investors first of that intention.

As someone mentioned the other day. The chinese money was from an investment fund, not a miner. It would have been a speculative purchase, in the same way we purchase. If they are happy with thier exposure there is no reason they would add at the moment, in the same way, not everyone here is buying any more at the moment.

I've said for a long time ,the board are not looking out for small shareholders. That's understandable I suppose, but its just some actually believe that they are.

My GLEN are down by the same amount, all miners are heavily down today and yesterday.

All this worship of Mather nonsense, that he is looking out for the small shareholder , forget he's 350k annual salary, plus all the cheap options he has given himself over the years. Of course he wants to take it to production on he's salary and get flown around the world first class, staying in 5 star hotels doing presentations 4 times a year. ( why does he need to do them if they are taking it to production) all payed for by the company of course.
Tell you what guys, if you vote me in as CEO, I promise, I will take it to production!
