Popeye - The lack of CITIC mention in the most recent RNS may indicate that the Chinese have been out-bid or it is a Russian-SA consortium. As I said in the week, my money is on SS doing the mining, NN doing the refining and the Russian state getting a cut. Just my opinion.

There could be a late bid but it would have to be substantially higher as there may be break-clauses and extra legal fees to pay.

I guess the main reason some may sell is it may take a few months before holders would be able to access their funds?

I've used the SCC once to get an independent Porsche dealer to compensate me for having to remedy their shoddy work when they claimed I was telling porkies'.

Took almost a year but I did get my money in the end after the SCC sent the bailiffs in. Vital to keep a record of everything (emails rather than telephone calls) and a timeline. The more you provide, the easier it is to win. Good luck.

AIM stocks don't get a lot of mainstream coverage. II's don't normally invest in them as they are deemed high-risk. AIM stocks are vulnerable to MM 'plays'.

We are 'under the radar', so to speak - except for the people in the know and the astute PI's.

Rhino - Worse-case scenario (for some elderly or impatient holders) would be we mine it ourselves and wait a few years to get a bumper pay-out. I am 99% certain a sale will happen now.

Looking at the bigger picture, all will be great. I am holding to the end like many on here.

From a purely selfish perspective, I hope the share price remains subdued till just after open on Monday so I can quickly top-up when I get paid :)

My holding is at an average of just under 17p and I am ignoring the noise and MM games. As I have mentioned previously I am holding till the end as I believe in the company, the BOD and the well-undervalued fundamentals.

In fact, if the price remains suppressed I will buy some more on Monday when I get paid.
