I believe you only pay Income Tax on dividends (income) not on disposing of the shares themselves.

This share came to my attention the day suspension was lifted but wanted to do my research first. The next day I bought in at 13p and have steadily built up a 140k shareholding with an average of 16.8p. Over four-fifths is in my ISA, thankfully.

Like others, I will not be selling a bean until the BOD tell me.
