CF73 is that a cut and paste from last year and year before with just the RHA 6 million added - sorry to be so negative but some of us just need GR out and someone to take control

Great post - maybe i should apply to project manage the stages , worked in Africa for years running projects and rest of the world , now not working my choice and i could doing the reporting back - anything to get back control of the mess

video with GR sounds like nothing is happening at ZULU even though we diluted recently to progress?

NaPom , jam tomorrow is always the way with Prem , 99% want GR out a new leader and assets moved forward before anything was added . now what are yo doing as leader of the action group , to move GR on ? seems you believe too much in tomorrow not an attack a valid obeservation - any junior mining needs a person at the healm who knows what he is doing most fail by chasing dreams and not knowing when stop heart overules brain

chippy i hope the Zim did there homework on RHA before putting 6 million in ? but yes the problem is we have to run a company and other assets on what fresh air

everything depends on RHA the money the contract the quality of processing how long to profit , yes could well be a year , also who is buying , how much and when we paid

NaPom thats my concern its all tied into RHA so we cant move until we start turning profit not just get the 6 million also that is profit not just production - which i would estimate at rainy season time , not a good timeframe

from my view is we need some funds to start RHA moving - and that when in production will fund ZULU but only when we start making a profit , todays RNS is typical of Prem - i bet the board expected to rockit because they would think the SP rise based on the signing but we cant start production or getting ready for it as we have no cash simples . dont want to throw a negative but i am now thinking it the school that GR will do a raise on a rise to move ZULU forward - but i would prefer to see cash ASAP and revenue/profit used ( or the pay back of the rest of the owed money to fund zulu) just GR seem to place into any good news

and what does this bit mean ? The investment from NIEEF will be structured as share capital and Premier will simultaneously capitalise an equivalent amount from Premier's existing loan account. i see the bit that it would take 6 million of what is owed , but would need tosee he agreement to see how the rest of the loan account is going o be paid and how much the loan account is - like its been said never a straight forward , and more delays in reevnue will delay ZULU
