Please find enclosed a list of generic questions and issues which as shareholders we believe you need to respond to by COB today. We are inconstantly being mislead about actions of the board, status of assets , use of placing monies , and time frames given in communications to the market we believe you need to address our concerns s a matter of urgency.

We also include a suggested proposal to get PREM in a position to start delivery instead of diluting shareholder value.

lets all be careful saying ZULU is the holly grail ... just like GR said about RHA , TCT , Circum , question is why is no-one taking us out of the assets are that good - could it be because all assets are unproven and still a risk, i have said this many times ZULU it it being sold to us S/H's as a true refection of what it is ......... hence maybe why we have never got to DFS , ths David L what happened to him and hid backing of ZULU ? just points

I would hate to think after all the S**t gr CAUSED by the purchase of the Circum shares he offloads at a loss - maybe to his trust ... would not trust him anymore he has no clue - step aside and do it the moment the 6 million arives FULL STOP

CF73 - i am of the opinion that when the 6 million arrives the sp many move but not as much - due to the fact its ringfenced for RHA and we only get money when in profit

some posters may still be posting then stating tomorrows RNS boom bang .... blowoff

no one SH, investors , Market has any confidence in PREM or what the Board say lets wake up and smaell the coffee - that then questions the assets

smilemore i would have that sent in the morning after opening stating SH expect the following update this week based on messages received in previous RNS

RNS - Monday boom - i don't think so when it comes it will mean RHA is funded no producing .the boom will come when we are in profit at RHA and only then as that will release funds for Zulu to progress - other item that will move SP is Circum liquidity event - - maybe a JV on zulu to get to DFS - again if we get land extention hope that does delay the original area getting to DFS

the Chinese would not engage with us based on past delivery history - the same would apply for offload agreements , other parties sign up to get guaranteed deliveries to secure product not to be messed about by delays , they will only come at a a good price when the market is confident we can continually deliver

we all have to remember that the 6 million is solely for RHA and it will be a few months till we start productions in any volume and maybe a good few more before we hit profit in the meantime we have no monies for ZULU , so the only saviour here this year will be CIRCUM in my view

today has been a normal day on PREM hype then let downs , same trend 6 years its ni wonder people are upset - just look at it this way - you give a complete stranger a good block of your hard earned money and when you ask for it back he states sorry i have spent it but i will get it back for you in 2 weeks ,,,, and 2 weeks later the same old excuse ... would you allow that to happen for years - remember if you walk away you lose , best get a team to sort him out i.e the groups and hey hoy they do sod all - frustration sets in and keyboards banged , and people vent frustration on media .... thats normal its a way of warning newbies stay away simples
