Had a crazy nightmare lastnight

I was a successful trader turning 10k into 150k in the space of 4 years and then boohoo caught my eye

I put 50% in straight away off the back of a recommendation from southcoastbather right at the peak

I then topped up every single time he claimed to have topped up eventually being 100% comitted in this stock

What made it worse is I then borrowed money to put a spreadbet on at 33p following advice again from southcoastbather

All through the dream there were like floating roadsigns and flashing warnings with pictures of dogs, wheelie bins on fire and 22p but I ignored them all as I was to busy fighting these who dragons called shein and vinted

Ultimately I lost the lot and woke up in a cold sweat

Thankfully it was just a nightmare and my trading pot is still intact and growing once again

BIDS is a lifestyle company with 2m in sales in H1 when they are menna be doing 100m in a year or 2

The chart looks horrendous and as if a huge fall is about to happen yet directors continue to load

A very odd situation

One where you are better to wait and pay a higher price if needed

than to gamble on entry here and picking the low

I did suggest this months and months ago but was shot down by the likes of southcoastbather who is a complete fantasist and in total denial here

Now the signs are starting to become obvious even to him

I saw 22p as a technical target more than half a year ago and this apointment of 3 brokers has only served to reinforce that believe in the target being hit

But for now, there remains a huge amount yet to be proven. I see risks including cash burn and an unproven business model at scale that could end up leading AFC Energy shares to fall further rather than recover lost ground.

So until there is much firmer evidence of a rapidly improving business and clear path to profitability, I will not be buying.

AFC is grossly overvalued

You would need almost 100% upside from here to get to the point where I first said it was overvalued and needs to reduce by around 80-90% inline with its peers

The hydrogen sector was overhiped to quickly look at phe and itm as prime examples

I was laughed at and put on deramper lists and all sorts but my valuation of AFC was based off sales, sales growth and cash

All this pie in the sky potential this, partnership that and memorandum of understanding stuff is just fluff

its nonsense and carnt add any value to the stock

Shorters know this and have now got wind of the valuation here and sales figures

The two just dont stack up and the cash is of course dwindling

Why oh why wasn't more money raised when this had a market cap 4 or 5x higher than todays level?

The bored knew the company was overvalued and should of made use of it

Instead the SP is heading to around 7p and then if AFC dont ramp the sales up quick enoughh they will be raising money lower than this

Either way, for Adam Bond to be on over 600k a year he ought to be doing better than this
