It was interesting that no respondents were present in court 24/4/19, which could be an indication that negotiations with key administrators have been going well. Gla holders...Tick Tock!!! ;-)

and are they going to confirm next Monday 6/5/19 as the date for the next High Court hearing as the court order issued 24/4/19 suggests.......today is the last day of voting in the Banswara district of Rajasthan, Bhukia's location, and so every chance....Gla holders....maybe last chance today to get in cheaply imho....confirmation of Galaxy's second cash payment and a positive update on proceedings will see a significant re-rate in sp.....On and Up!!! :-)

Tick Tock...Galaxy's second $250k cash payment expected by Tuesday which will be very well received imho....and the eagerly awaited high court hearing to be rescheduled following the Indian general elections. News of Galaxy's planned BSE listing at any time, and no doubt integral to proceedings and more than likely that there will now be key Indian institutions with a vested interest and potential influence on a successful conclusion. Gl :-)

As foreshadowed in the Company's recent update on 1 April 2019, the High Court of Rajasthan deferred the pending case to an as yet unspecified later date. It is possible that this case will be heard prior to the completion of the current elections, and if this occurs, we anticipate it will be further deferred until such time as the new government is decided and both the government and the administration begin to return to normal operations.

Indian elections were announced on 12 March and commenced on 11 April. They will continue through 19 May with results to be known on 23 May. As previously noted, once elections are announced in India, election rules prevent the incumbent government from enacting any meaningful legislation or making significant decisions and it is usual for the Courts to follow similar protocols. In the meantime, our very strong Stay Order remains in place and protects the rights of the joint venture over the entire area of the Prospecting Licence application.

Further updates will be provided in due course.

Maybe Tuesday, as it's scheduled for the end of the month. Gl ;-)

Ps not sure if the roster update means the hearing is now scheduled for the 30/4/19 or the new judge responsible for such matters takes his seat "with effect from" that date....Panthera aren't expecting a hearing until after the elections and so probably the latter.

Yep, this will recover soon enough, although I'm slightly surprised by the timing and content of the Rns as it's essentially what we already know from the last Rns. The only difference this time around is the fact that I've highlighted that the Rajasthan High Court website has the next hearing scheduled for 25th April, and they make no reference to that date, only if a hearing does happen before the result of the Indian general elections, then it will most likely be used to defer the hearing to a later date. I'm not suggesting they're playing down their prospects, but short term it certainly worked. In the meantime , Galaxy's second payment expected month end should provide a nice bounce in sp on confirmation. Gla holders....Potential transformational upside....still ahead!!! :-)

Just checked the Rajasthan High Court website and the next hearing is still listed for 25th April 2019...so watch this space.....in the meantime Galaxy's second $250k payment scheduled for this will be well received. Gla :-)
