Im reading it as a European Union Lead zinc silver project. Its says a new EU Lead zinc silver.

Anyone read the new twitter and linked post?

Next steps

The Commission has today adopted a proposal for a decision to provide €69.5 billion in grants to Spain under the RRF. The Council will now have, as a rule, four weeks to adopt the Commission's proposal.

The Council's approval of the plan would allow for the disbursement of €9 billion to Spain in pre-financing. This represents 13% of the total allocated amount for Spain.

But were not making any sense just noise it doesnt relate to EUZ at all because it doesnt shout at you in the face saying this is for Toral!!

I believe we are still cashed up until early next year look at the last raises 1 million with 500k between 2018 and 2019 then 2019 another million with one in between this time we raised 2 with a grant in between. I believe LR had us cashed up on the last raise don’t forget the grant was paying for the drill.

The current mining industry is based on paper lots of it they need to digitalise this system and the way they work. Therefore they are trying to cut out all of this.

Zinc is extracted from the purified zinc sulfate solution by electrowinning, which is a specialized form of electrolysis. The process works by passing an electric current through the solution in a series of cells. This causes the zinc to deposit on the cathodes (aluminium sheets) and oxygen to form at the anodes. Sulfuric acid is also formed in the process and reused in the leaching process. Every 24 to 48 hours, each cell is shut down, the zinc-coated cathodes are removed and rinsed, and the zinc is mechanically stripped from the aluminium plates.[1][2]

Electrolytic zinc smelters contain as many as several hundred cells. A portion of the electrical energy is converted into heat, which increases the temperature of the electrolyte. Electrolytic cells operate at temperature ranges from 30 to 35 °C (86 to 95 °F) and at atmospheric pressure. A portion of the electrolyte is continuously circulated through the cooling towers both to cool and concentrate the electrolyte through evaporation of water. The cooled and concentrated electrolyte is then recycled to the cells.[1] This process accounts for approximately one-third of all the energy usage when smelting zinc.[2]

There are two common processes for electrowinning the metal: the low current density process, and the Tainton high current density process. The former uses a 10% sulfuric acid solution as the electrolyte, with current density of 270–325 amperes per square meter. The latter uses 22–28% sulfuric acid solution as the electrolyte with a current density of about 1,000 amperes per square metre. The latter gives better purity and has higher production capacity per volume of electrolyte, but has the disadvantage of running hotter and being more corrosive to the vessel in which it is done. In either of the electrolytic processes, each metric ton of zinc production expends about 3,900 kW·h (14 GJ) of electric power.

@highside I don’t think they could have been more frugal to only spend £5,000,000 on a company in 5 years get to PFS is bloody good…Which is why when people say lifestyle company is quite hard to believe…What killed this from looking at it was Ferrum Crescent and Justin Tooth and his lifestyle which is why consolidation has to take place.

What it would seem is the market is taking how much as been spent given us mkt cap we have which is not based on today’s value by any means. Just my thoughts but I think we all agree the SP and mkt cap doesn’t reflect the value of what this company has currently.

Price to Net Asset Value (P/NAV)

P/NAV is the most important mining valuation metric, period.

“Net asset value” is the net present value (NPV) or discounted cash flow (DCF) value of all the future cash flow of the mining asset less any debt plus any cash. The model can be forecast to the end of the mine life and discounted back today because the technical reports have a very detailed Life of Mine plan (LOM).

The formula is as follows:

P/NAV = Market Capitalization / [NPV of all Mining Assets – Net Debt]

No debt so they would probably say you’ve spent £10,000,000 in today’s money how much more have we got to spend they would want to knock as much of the NPV as possible for deal. I’m sure LR would want as much as he can get for the project. Lots of things to ponder here IMO

Also to add to below if it’s a JV how much have you already spent on the project so they would have to stump up £10,000,000 then go 50/50 on anything else

If you spend £5,000,000 on a project you would surely now want to know current value in today’s money…like buying a house in the 1900s putting it from shillings and pence to £s …How much is the project worth today? this isn’t a mine producing and making money which is how you normally value a business it’s based on estimates.. Putting a value on a mine is hard it’s not just about what’s in the ground and if someone is making a significant offer they will take into account a current market estimate which looks like currently £10,000,000 before anything in the ground is taken into account.
Don’t forget for LRs options they have to increase this resource by more than 0.7 million tonne. I do believe this could be another factor before pen to paper on a contract

I am pleased to announce that the granting of the Mining Concession for the Muga mine has been approved by the Administrations in Madrid, Aragón and Navarra.
