Another week and nothing. RNS Monday? I’m expecting the yearly report to be out soon although not holding my breath as the half year report didn’t come until March which should have been December. This is when the value event was mentioned by Mr Campion.

I personally believe the money could now be relying on those assay results Shed. There will be some sort of grant from Junta in the interim before the value event IMO. The funds that were released last week could take a week or so to filter through i was hoping it might have already been pre approved.
Any investor would want to know what return they would get on their investment. So if the Assays reduce the payback years to 2 instead of 4 and you get the resource increase of that 0.7million management need for their options this is a very attractve project. The dataroom will possibly know this before us IMO and so will investors as they are under NDA

Cant imagine DBA are happy being 30% -35% down on their investment though.

Yesterday’s announcement

4- 'Support for investments that contribute to the transition to a green economy' with actions aimed at favoring the transition to a low-carbon economy, promoting energy efficiency, protecting the environment and promoting resource efficiency, with an endowment of 104,303,558 euros

Operational Program of Castilla y León ERDF 2014-2020 that includes additional resources, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/221 of the European Parliament and of the Council, to favor the repair of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and its social consequences as well as to promote a green, digital and resilient recovery of the economy (REACT-EU).

Now the ERDF funds are approved. This is why update had been delayed should have been last week. Big news IMO this week :)

Castilla y León | Ministry of Economy and Finance

The European Commission approved, on July 29, the reprogramming presented by the Board of the Operational Program of Castilla y León ERDF 2014-2020 that includes additional resources, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/221 of the European Parliament and of the Council, to favor the repair of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and its social consequences as well as to promote a green, digital and resilient recovery of the economy (REACT-EU).

The Minister of Economy and Finance, Carlos Fernández Carriedo, values the approval of the European Union as a recognition by the European Commission for the programming work promoted by the Board to address the impact of the pandemic in both the economic and social fields.

The Junta de Castilla y León will allocate the 315,633,604 euros that have corresponded to the ERDF REACT-EU Operational Program, to finance the actions approved in this reprogramming, between February 1, 2020 and December 31, 2023, to the following scheduled actions:

1- 'Products and services for health services' intended for actions necessary to strengthen capacities to respond to the crisis caused by COVID-19, with an amount of 89,128,974 euros.

2- 'Support for investments that contribute to the transition to a digital economy' to improve the use and quality of ICTs and access to them, with a programming of 58,519,507 euros.

3- 'Support for aid measures in the regions most dependent on the sectors most affected by the COVID-19 crisis', for actions to improve the competitiveness of SMEs, aimed especially at sectors most affected by the crisis, with an amount of 5,000,000 euros

4- 'Support for investments that contribute to the transition to a green economy' with actions aimed at favoring the transition to a low-carbon economy, promoting energy efficiency, protecting the environment and promoting resource efficiency, with an endowment of 104,303,558 euros.

5- 'Support investments in infrastructures that provide basic services to citizens' with investments in health and social services, for an amount of 52,492,671 euros.

An amount is also earmarked for the implementation of these programs for technical assistance work.

99.9 million euros from the European Social Fund

To complete the amount of 415,521,222 euros allocated to the Operational Programs of Castile and Leon, corresponding to the resources of the REACT-EU, the reprogramming of the Operational Program of Castile and Leon of the European Social Fund 2014-2020 has been submitted to the European Commission, for approval by decision, for an amount of 99,887,619 euros, which would complete the EU-REACT assigned.
