Reading the RNS in November
Transaction review team created to assess potential new projects and opportunities for Europa Metals alongside progressing pathways for the advancement of the Toral Project.

Who are the transaction review team? Has to be bennelong

Commenting today, Laurence Read, CEO of Europa Metals, said:

"Europa Metals is taking a series of steps to ensure the allocation of funds for maximum effect at its Toral Project whilst simultaneously pursuing the potential acquisition of new, value accretive projects for the Company. We are also undertaking a full review of the Group's cost base, including board level remuneration packages, and establishing a clear strategic pathway through the remainder of 2021/2022 to refocus our efforts on delivering value for shareholders

I believe bennelong are looking for funding. The problem is which will come first? An asset or Toral funding. If the Assest transaction comes first shareholders will wonder where the money is coming from if funding for Toral comes first happy days.
Time is ticking though depending when you take the raise from November or December either way we are 3/4 months in and we are only funded for 12 Tick tock

Not sure how much you guys follow other miners in Spain but we are very similar to Variscan mine have a look at their video again another under valued miner in the region.

This latest round of metallurgical and geotechnical work streams will serve to expand our knowledge base on various aspects of the Toral Project as part of the ongoing feasibility studies. The next stage of resource drilling is aimed at enhancing the existing indicated resource estimate which can then be applied in mine scheduling under a Pre-Feasibility Study environment."

Although we don’t know how much more money for a full PFS the next round of drilling will certainly form part of this.

A short programme of geotechnical drilling is underway at the Toral Project, designed to secure further data on the expected ground conditions at several proposed sites for a future plant. This programme is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.

We could know where the plant will be in a few weeks. That with jobs from the FSB is quite encouraging. Also suggests this will come to fruition

At EMI we have as a model and objective to replicate and increase as much as possible that percentage of specialization, qualification, training and employability among the population of the region, with a view to the future selection of personnel for the development of the Toral Project.

More sells today. It could get nasty with all this silence. But on flip side any news of funding or as grappa says RTO could be on the cards. Not sure if DBA are willing to take anything less than 10p
