You are not only one Chrisp diversity is needed probably why CB left or ushered out by LR as he had the same vision just Toral. It’s a bit like trading stocks don’t put your eggs into one basket. How are we going to fund it very simple Denirious will give us money and we fund Toral by grants.. There’s huge funding available. There will be dilution at some point however once a mining license is obtained next year Toral will be worth multibags of what we have now .

I still think it’s a ploy to get grants for EUZ to take this alone. If they can show they have cash in bank or potential cash the Spanish government will grant then we ditch Denarius. Just my thoughts not long to find out

Last week we participated in the #Meeting and #Workshop of the partnership in Mining Industry taking advantage of our participation in the MMH. Mining and Minerals Hall of Seville.

The workshop discussed and developed activities to benefit 3 initiatives synergistically: #S3P #Mining #industry and Global Value Chains, MINE.THE.GAP EU project and OECD - OCDE #Mining #Regions and cities.

Many thanks to all participants and collaborators to encourage these synergies between regions.

Pb-Zn mine located near Toral de los Vados but in the Sobrado "municipio", worked from 1935 until 1983. After closing, amateur mineralogists have obtained in the higher levels the mine a very interesting suite of Cu-Zn secondary minerals.

Results due must also be part of the due diligence seems right I’m expecting the SP to rise closer we get and news landing. Fingers crossed copper in the mix of so what value does this add?

I’d have thought if we could have got a grant for 2 million we could have done the PFS ourselves and got more money for this project it’s only 650k for the PFS really annoying if we hadn’t have done this drill we could have presented the PFS

I’m still waiting for the capital raise we need cash this isn’t a guarantee If nothing by December what do we do there’s nothing left.
However from this below a month ago we applied for

New regional call for #circulareconomy management. A pioneering initiative in Castilla y León which we are proud to have brought to success in its first edition at 2022 based on a restoration study proposal applied to the #ToralProject tailings green management under independent mentorship of Auren Spain, by Interreg Europe.

I had found a link where the decisions would have been done by December then lost it. I think this it what we’re banking on some funding from other sources.

I also have a feeling that in order to grants you had to have a certain amount of cash in the bank. Therefore by putting this deal on the line makes it viable in order to obtain funding.

I can’t see how they can put a value on this though without the current results and resource upgrade unless they are already known.

This makes me think it’s a way to pump the SP then say see you later and do a CR now. Seems too fishy for me sorry I’m skeptical again no logic to this at all
