I was just watching some of the previous interviews Aidan did with Proactive Investors and out of all the companies I’ve held shares he’s one of the best to watch. You can tell he himself is genuinely excited about getting the mines up and running. Most directors always appear to try and sell the company, he on the other hand just seems happy to be giving an update on what they’ve achieved.

It was nice in the last interview to hear him reiterate that the $5m will allow both sites commence production and also that in 5 years they’ll be looking at the 100k oz/annum. Even at $1700/oz gold prices that’s more than $1100/oz profit, so $110m/yr to the JV or $55m/yr to BMV. Obviously gold is still on the rise but even those figures are phenomenal for a company with less than 400m shares issues. Can safely say I have no plans to be selling any for the next 5 years, possibly not even a top slice for once!

You’ll have 1/10 the number of shares but the value of them will remain the same. I’d look into the situation further before you just hit the sell button for a loss. As with all consolidations, a lucky few will make a decent amount trading them at the right times.

If Fridays news hadn’t been bought out, we’d all be over the moon at today’s news. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t feel the same...

As we’re due an update on Bordersley, I imagine the BoD are going to wait for the consolidation to bring out any news on that.

I’m holding out for the small glimmer of hope that on the day of the consolidation there will be a positive update on Bordersley, along with the $100m funding. Atleast that would salvage some of the small value we have left...

The MoU failing wouldn’t make too much difference long term for private investors. Short term we may see a dip in the sp if it didn’t go through as I’m sure some people may have joined purely for that reason and to make a couple of pennies quickly.

I personally think the partnership will go through as the results of the drilling cane back as expected and the price of gold has been ever increasing also. A reduced or increased offer could easily be on the cards, although with gold increasing it is already making the deal less worthwhile so I would like to think the BoD would shun any reduced offers.

It would be interesting to hear the BoDs plan for Salinbas if the deal didn’t go through. I would like to think they would get Proccea onboard in a similar JV and do the same at Salinbas.

It’s nice to see continuous results too rather than pockets of high and low grades. I wonder what the plan of action will be after they get assay results next month? Would be nice to have an update on where we’re likely heading.

I admit I am getting a little excited with our potential here. It’s the not knowing more than anything else, but the one thing we can all be confident about is that provided nothing unexpected happens, there’s only one way this is going.

The big question is how much of an impact any positive news will have. I’m optimistic that we’ll achieve 10p within the next 12 months. Then, from experience, once shares go above 10p it takes little news for them to start heading towards 20p. I knows it’s selfish, but I’m hoping for another top-up in about 2 months, so hopefully news will wait until after that! Then onwards and upwards!

You’ve got to wonder how Shumba will be feeling about this one. The shares they reviewed were already worthless compared to the value they had in mind, now they’re 1/10 of worthless!

I know us PI’s are p*ssed too but also think of St Anderson that sold Bordersley at 5.25p for 10m shares. Their £525,000 is now worth £20k once consolidated!

It’s mind boggling that LC has put this forward before he’s produced anything. If we had just started construction but we’re struggling for cash, we could partly understand. Doing it off the back of no productive work though is just completely unacceptable.

Both ourselves and Italy are in a position whereby some news (good or bad) could be provided on Bordersley, which would have driven the sp upwards. Instead he’s keeping quiet on any news on that. Now, he’s waited until the sp has hit rock bottom to produce news of consolidation and also that he’s due to hold a nice percentage of the company after it.

Rather than Kibo producing f*ck all, I genuinely think we’re on the cusp of getting things started. LC has just gifted himself a huge chunk of the future profits in the process. So you have to give the guy some credit...

I had to double take when I first read it. Don’t get me wrong there are times when consolidating does bring about a lot of interest, but consolidating and then increasing the authorised shares by another 3b makes no sense. Unless they’re planning some way to use these additional shares to develop one or more of the projects, I can see any positives for us PI’s.

Only way this could be salvaged is if they bring out some phenomenal news at the same time as the consolidation. The fact that they’re increasing the number of authorised shares to 5b after the consolidation doesn’t fill me with much confidence.

Why the sudden number of buys. Every time I’ve been invested somewhere that has consolidated it’s lost money afterwards. Surely this isn’t a good thing, unless I’m missing something...?

It’s a hefty outlay to purchase that amount of warrants! Moreso if a sale doesn’t go through anytime soon.

On the legal side of things, as it’s public knowledge that EUA is looking at its strategic options it wouldn’t be an issue exercising the warrants, even if we were still trading... Unless the person exercising the warrants has knowledge of a likely beneficial outcome.

I wouldn’t get too hung up on the warrants though, they may / may not be exercised whether or not the a sale is anticipated or that we end up being de-listed. Plus, if the BoD were looking at allowing the company to de-list, they would prefer to exercise the warrants to give them more control.

Ironically, if you look at EUA’s last RNS, no Nomad was involved...

Couldn’t agree more. Confirmation that all funding is now in place and a timeline to production should give the sp a nice rise.

If the gold price stays at these levels or even better, keeps following the current trend, there’s going to be some huge margins made here. Without even exaggerating, once we’re at full scale production, with so few shares in issue, the divi’s may be as high as the current share price! Very exciting times ahead. My only concern is that it seems too good to be true, so don’t want to get my hopes up too much incase something disastrous happens.

Why is MinorMiner raving on about GLR on this board. I’m a holder of both and GLR isn’t anything special or the mcap would be considerably higher than £4m.

Those figures are just based on the primary material (copper), having zinc, gold and silver credits would add to the profitability. You’ve got to remember too, the 10Mt Kerim mentions is only for Venus’ Klirou and Kokkinoyia licences. Venus has considerably more licence applications currently progressing but those two alone just make the earn-in commercially viable.

I see Kerims position now by ‘growing the pir’ with the partner. It appears purely to be a case of, bring in the new partner to do all the work for us on site, pay for exploration at Salinbas and then this leaves Ariana in a position to focus solely on exploration, whilst also receiving revenue and keeping them in a profitable position.

I’d originally been looking at selling out of AAU in 2022 but the rate they’re expanding I’m now thinking of pushing this out to 2030! Provided something doesn’t destroy gold prices out of the blue, AAU is just going to keep rising for years to come.

It’s because a lot of traders got caught out so there’s a lot of people trapped here that would usually only be in one place for a couple of days at a time. It’s made the suspension more interesting though.

Just look on their website, it tells you all the information you need. Yes, Adams is a director but so is Kerim and also Pete van de Borgh, so plenty of knowledge and experience.

I’d not looked into this project much as it’s obviously a bit off production but are my fag packet calcs right below:

Based on the non-JORC 10Mt Cu,

10Mt @ 0.6% = 60k t
60k t = 132,277,368lb
132,277,368lb x $2.35/lb = $310,851,815
$310,851,815 x 50% = $155,425,907 to AAU

Obviously the resource needs some proving up but if those calcs are correct, adding an asset of that magnitude for an expenditure of on €4.9m is some great work by the BoD.
