So, after all the worrying and rumours, the board have done what they said they were going to do and aim to have a new Nomad in time.

Now, we remain suspended and have bought a barrister on board that specialises in finance and strategic options. It pretty clear they’re aiming to stay suspended until a deal is put on the table.

On the bright side it’s put a lot of people at ease that we won’t be forced to delist.

Unfortunately for anyone that may have gone short on this, there may not be a chance to get out before a deal is brokered.

Good times ahead for genuine holders here I feel

It’s the ones from 10th Feb, similar to the 3m buy on 3rd Feb. They appeared around the time WH Ireland left. Obviously someone doing some due diligence making sure all the figures balance.

It’s the low costs that I particularly like, that along with our extremely low number of issued shares. Very worst case scenario, if the funding fell through, the required money could be made through a raise (ideally not) and we would still have a very low number of issued shares compared to most other companies in our position.

Was hoping we’d hit my first target of 80p today but she’s slowly dropping again. Just need some re-opening news to give it another nudge!

Just think how much it’s going to fly once re-opening news is released!

Yes it’s odd that they would take First Equity off that RNS, along with WH Ireland, whilst keeping Optiva on. Very unusual.

I wouldn’t be too concerned with the sp at the time of funding. It’s likely to be significantly higher in about 8 months once we actually start mining.

To be fair, I haven’t seen many cinemas packed out for quite some time but they still manage to make a healthy profit. It’s for this reason that I genuinely think Cine could apply social distancing measure / restrictions on access and still come out with a healthy margin. Plus, it’s not even the ‘experience’ of the film itself, the cinema is an easy way of getting out of the house for the evening. Cinemas could do very soon once they’re open as many bars and restaurants will struggle with the social distancing restrictions, so people will likely flock to cinemas when they would have usually gone to a bar.

Either way, the likelihood of doubling your money within 12 months (or less) if you bought in at these prices is very high.

I’m hoping EUA do lift the suspension as I’ve been in there since 0.45p and want to sell some so I can have a little top-up here whilst the sp is still at rock bottom.

It’s nice to see some progress going on at WK. It was the reason why I bought into EUA originally. At the time Pd was only $500/oz so MT was just a nice to have and wasn’t anything special. I think this will finally be WK’s year, we’re now in control of what’s going on and have seen it’s potential previously if things are done right. Will be good to get an update on how things are progressing on site.

Irony is I want a top-up myself at the end of the month but want the spread to shorten myself now so the price is sub 4p!

The thing is, you could actually let off the 9p to 0.3p if things were on the cusp of getting started as the people getting in at 9p would gradually recoup their money. Consolidating and accessing 5B shares is as good as saying anyone in before the consolidation may never get their initial investment back.

Depends what your plan is, if your planning on holding long term, the current spread doesn’t make any difference. If you’re likely to trade in a few days then it wouldn’t be advisable with the current spread.

The worst thing about the entire thing is the increase of allocated shares to 5B. We all know that as soon as the consolidation happens a placing is going to be on the cards, massively diluting the few shares we will have left. I actually feel sorry for anyone buying now as the chance of them losing money is so high!

I’m not greedy and 1B isn’t a bad sale price considering NAP sold a few months back for $750m and they were already mining and producing 220k oz a year. Yes the BoD could and may receive a higher offer but 1B certainly isn’t bad.

So it is over $2000/oz with those bid and offer prices then...

That’s a very good price to fair whilst so many vehicles are still off the road. Once things get back to normal and if demand stay strong for Pd, it could be pushing on $3,000/oz in 12 months time! Some huge returns to be made here.

I’m currently sat here enjoying the furloughed life and was just thinking about how nice it would be for us to hit my 20p target. Even with a hefty tax bill, I’d be mortgage free, buy new cars for me and the mrs, book a nice holiday (probably next year because of Covid-19) and invest a decent chunk in a couple of my other good prospects to better my return even further.

I know it’s only a dream but hopefully the BoD can turn it into a reality one day!

Well Aidan did say they expect to have received the funding before the end of June and that was a couple of months ago. Provided there’s been no issues, we’ve got about 5/6 weeks at the latest.

Crazy thing is, in just 5 years time BMV are likely to be producing 50k oz per annum. Even being very conservative and saying gold will be $1800/oz then and all-in production costs (inc overheads) were as high as $1000/oz, that would still be leaving $800/oz or $40m/yr. Say we only use 1/2 as a divi, that would give you back your initial investments right now each year. They’re conservative figures too! Good times ahead!

You will see a run to 1p very soon... because of the consolidation. You have seen the announcement released last week haven’t you?
